Had nails taken off. Wasn't too impressed. Took them off . Barely filed them - didn't ask me to clip them down and didn't put anything on nails when done. Feeling little on rough side

Acrylic and pedi done, woman kept wanting me to do shellac nails cause it dries faster and was getting annoyed cause I kept saying no I'm fine with what polish I want. Pedi kinda hurt me and didn't do really good just was in a hurry and painted them didn't do what other nail places usually do. Prices were to high for a place that isn't even good or nice.

First of all price was to Damn high. I dont know of anywhere that charges 53 dollars for a full set of pink and whites with gel. Second 3 nails have a line running through the middle of them plus my nails feel like they been ripped off my hands already and i haven't caught them on anything. I will not bee going back or recommending this place too anyone

Worse experience I have ever had they are not friendly. The dip I had done started to chip and peel off not even 3 days after I got my nails done. I was very disappointed.

After going to Top Nails after a long hiatus of going elsewhere, it all came rushing back why I stopped going there.1. Person was more interested in his cell phone than my nails.2. Nails are uneven & hastily done.3. I asked (twice) for rounded square tips. My tips are square.4. The hand massage sucked.5. I was overcharged by $5.00!!!Needless to say, I did not leave a tip. The only time I'll be back is tomorrow when I collect the $5.00 that I was overcharged.Very disappointed. Very.

I have been going to this salon for years. My last two visits were bad. I didn't want to go across town so I gave them another chance. Big mistake. Worst manicure I have ever had. When I paid, they didn't give my card back, instead they left it laying on the front counter. I will never return. This place has gone down hill in the last year.

I would not give them any stars because me and my mother in law went in to get gel nails done and mine came off 3 days later and the lady that did her didn't even know what she was doing she wanted her nails painted and then glitter on the top of her nail like French tip and the lady just piled it on. It look like mountains on the top of nails so bad I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!!! 😡

Had my nails done with the shellac and it was coming off 3 days later. Had a mani and pedi and they didnt even scrub my feet. Won't go back. Person doing mani kept answer her phone and rushing on nail...

Had an appointment for 2pm and sat for 30 mins before I was seen..apparently according to reviews this is normal so make sure you have a lot of time and basically Don't bother making an appointment. O...
Had an appointment for 2pm and sat for 30 mins before I was seen..apparently according to reviews this is normal so make sure you have a lot of time and basically Don't bother making an appointment. Other than that I had a great experience, they've upped their prices since I've been here so my shellac acrylics cost 42$ but the shellac saved me about an hour dry time so it was worth the extra 10$.

Last time I got top eatable service and quality work. Today I was virtually ignored, no one asked if I wanted the deluxe spa pedi (I did until I realized the guy didn't really want to do my feet to begin with) and then he did a really fast and not very good job on them. I usually tip at 20%, if I get any kind of service at all, today I had no desire. I know how hard nail techs work and usually tip on principle alone, today was a sad affair.

Acrylic and pedi done, woman kept wanting me to do shellac nails cause it dries faster and was getting annoyed cause I kept saying no I'm fine with what polish I want. Pedi kinda hurt me and didn't do really good just was in a hurry and painted them didn't do what other nail places usually do. Prices were to high for a place that isn't even good or nice.

First of all price was to Damn high. I dont know of anywhere that charges 53 dollars for a full set of pink and whites with gel. Second 3 nails have a line running through the middle of them plus my nails feel like they been ripped off my hands already and i haven't caught them on anything. I will not bee going back or recommending this place too anyone

I have been going to this salon for years. My last two visits were bad. I didn't want to go across town so I gave them another chance. Big mistake. Worst manicure I have ever had. Had an appointment for 2pm and sat for 30 mins before I was seen..apparently according to reviews this is normal so make sure you have a lot of time and basically Don't bother making an appointment. Other than that I had a great experience, they've upped their prices since I've been here so my shellac acrylics cost 42$ but the shellac saved me about an hour dry time so it was worth the extra 10$.

Last time I got top eatable service and quality work. Today I was virtually ignored, no one asked if I wanted the deluxe spa pedi (I did until I realized the guy didn't really want to do my feet to begin with) and then he did a really fast and not very good job on them. I usually tip at 20%, if I get any kind of service at all, today I had no desire. I know how hard nail techs work and usually tip on principle alone, today was a sad affair.
