Don't go here for dip manicures. She put the color dip on before the base dip...it dulled the color and you could see the base dip over the color. She also put gel polish on the top of mine and it chipped and looked awful the 2 weeks. (Said it was to make it dry faster) which I don't mind waiting for them to dry with the dip finish polish!! This was my first time here and we had called EIGHT other salons previously and everyone was booked up. They said they could get us in for 2 pedicures right away. The place is clean and decent size (the smaller ones the fumes bother me and this place did not). I felt my technician did a fantastic job on my toes and spent extra time massaging my legs and toes. Good attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and price was about average or a little higher. $28 for a pedicure. My only complaint and it was slight, was that there was a child there and that made it a little hard to relax. I have 2 kids myself and LOVE kids but when I pay for a service like this, I am trying to get AWAY from kids. I don't know if the child is there very often and it didn't bother me personally but only noted for review purposes. I will definitely go back to this location again. Read Less

I'm probably being generous with three stars. I went in for a pedicure at two pm. Only two other people in the shop. Water wasn't very hot for a pedicure. They didn't spend much time scrubbing my feet or anything. I've had better pedicures. Read Less

If you want acrylics I would not recommend this place unless you can get the oldest gal there. She did an amazing job on my moms but the gal that did mine did a horrible job! Almost all of the nails she glued on had a unnatural lift to them like pointing upwards and then when I asked her to fix it she ran a file over it ONCE! She kept turning around to watch the tv while still doing my nails so that explains things. Then they were shaped super uneven and she was all around messy with the polish application. Also the salon is dusty so when My nails were drying under the curing lamps dust had settled all over my nails making them look even worse. So if you get the gal that has the little sign on her lamp that says worlds best manicurist BEWARE! Other than that they had a decent selection of nail polishes... Read Less

Worst, painful, never ending pedicure massage. I wanted to ask her to stop. Don't forget the heels for moisturizing. I felt uncomfortable here and asked 4 times if I worked today. I experienced really poor customer service. They were busy, but I sat there waiting for a pedicure for at least 25min, which didn't bother me, until I was the last to get my pedi, but was done before my friend whose turn was way before mine. I noticed she didn't add a base coat, only added one coat of color, a quick top coat, she then left me there to sit and didn't pay any attention to me at all, while I watched my friend being taken to the dryer station... so in short, paid $26.50 for an 8 min pedi I could have done better myself. I picked Tiffany's Nails after several attempts of trying to getninto Andy's and EVERY time having a 30 minute or more, wait time. Helen is the only one that has ever worked on my nails and I think she is AWESOME!! She includes me in all thenconversations and always has ideas when I am having a hard time deciding. I have been going to this nail shop for years and have NO idea what the negative review is referring to. Had been several places previously and was less than happy with them, but I found a home at Tiffany's. Helen is a peach and does a fabulous job, but so do the others who work there. They are almost always busy when I get there, but they work hard to accommodate me since I drive in from Knoxville. I actually only go every three or four weeks and my nails last. I read the other reviews and I do agree.... the menicures arent the greatest... but the lady that usually does them is anything but rude... The reason shes doesnt say much if anything at all is beacause she doesnt speak english but she is very nice. Helen does an amazing job on acrylic nails.... My mother, aunt, and myself have been going there for a year now and we have never had one nail crack, break, or come off. I am a dog groomer and have my hands in water all day long and it doesnt effect my nails at all. My mother is handicapped and theyre always extremely nice opening the door for her and making sure shes comfortable... even moving their equiptment and tables around for her. I stepped into the Tiffany's Nail salon earlier today and the first thing I did when I got home was sit down at my computer to write this review. When I first got there, it seemed like none of the ladies working there wanted to help me. Finally an older gal gave in to give me my manicure. She did not speak to me through the entire manicure, other than to tell me where to put my hands and to pay her. After carelessly applying two coats of red raspberry polish and a big glob of topcoat on top of that, I was stuck under a dryer while the lady watched tv and let children run in and out of the business. After ten minutes or so of drying, she comes over to me and barely sprays a drying agent on my nails and tells me I'm done. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I have bits of this red raspberry polish all over my finger tips now and top coat running off of my nails. It looks horrible. I am now trying to decide if I should live with these nails for a few days, just to get my $12 worth, or remove the mess from my nails. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to ANYONE, not even my worst enemy. Read Less
