I found Nail Lounge online and called to set up an appointment. They were able to accommodate my schedule and I was able to get in the same day. My nails were done by another nail salon and were a mess! Joy did an AMAZING job repairing my nails and listened to how I wanted my nails shaped!! My nails looked absolutely beautiful thanks to Joy!! My first time visiting this ultra modern & super cute nail salon. I enjoyed the mani/pedi combo. It does take 2 hours, but so worth every minute. My stylist- (Joy), went above and beyond with extra massage and determining the best options for me. Personalized service. The other clients I saw also received similar treatment. Took my daughter and friends there a while back for acrylic nails. They were sloppy. Uneven. Some of the girls nails didn't even hold up for 3 days till homecoming. The employee or owner had their small kids running all over in the back and in bathrooms. Cute place but won't be back. There are better in the area for the same price. Read Less

Negative would be better. This is the most pathetic excuse for a company I have ever heard of. They are very very incompetent. They are slow or unfriendly. The good, the bad and the ugly. The good: I liked my pedicure, the place was clean and cute and the staff was friendly. The bad: my mani-pedi took two hours. I didn't even know that was possible! The ugly: my manicure was horrendous! It was seriously the worst manicure I have ever paid for. Went in today for the first time! Place is wonderfully decorated and the staff was all very nice! Much different from the other nail salons in the area. Prices are good, I love my nails! Definitely will recommend them to friends and family and will be back myself! Read Less

The first time I went into Hannah's nails I asked if they did shellac for toes and I was told absolutely not. So I left. I came back a 2nd time to get my nails done and I had leftover shellac on my toes that was probably 5 months old and told them I was just doing a plain color and had to have shellac removed. The lady was LIVID she was just so angry I had shellac on my toes and that she had to do extra work to take it off. So I chose my colors (which by the way they didn't have a very large color selection) and she did her thing. I wanted white nails. So I chose a white polish. The lady then proceeded to advise me that the white was only to be used for french tips and not an entire nail. so I went with the same color as my toe which i didn't want at all but I went with because I didn't want to argue or pick another color out. She hardly talked to me at all. You could tell she was aggravated. As I was leaving the salon another lady, who seemed to be the owner told me that I shouldn't put shellac on my toes. That it was okay for my nails but on toes i don't need it. I really don't need a woman who isn't my mother telling me what I can or cannot do. I will not be going back nor will I ever recommend this to anyone. Hannah's Nails is a very clean, family-run business. The prices for services are great when compared to the prices of other salons, and the staff are friendly and eager to provide excellent service. I have been to Hannah's Nails several times for pedicures and it is so relaxing to sit in the massage chairs and chat with my friends while the staff pampers our feet with a good scrub and massage before painting our toenails. I have always found the service to be great, while the staff at Hannah's Nails is attentive and concerned about their clients' comfort. This is my favorite place to get nail services and I will definitly go back in the future! Read Less
