Have visited this salon two times, the staff is very welcoming and nice. There was a roach just walking around the salon while I was getting my nails done and it was acknowledged, but nothing was done with it. I will not be going back.

First off let me say that I showed up the first evening and didn't have cash so was turned away and told that they would not take card to do my eyebrows. I came back two days later at 4:52 on the dot ...
First off let me say that I showed up the first evening and didn't have cash so was turned away and told that they would not take card to do my eyebrows. I came back two days later at 4:52 on the dot b and their close time is 5 they told me that they would not take me and would not open the door. unprofessional and unacceptable

They took care of (as always), but I donated plasma my Last visit before coming to the shop aND mid way to me getting my pedi, I was feeling fatigue and woozy, I cried out to the young man working on ...
They took care of (as always), but I donated plasma my Last visit before coming to the shop aND mid way to me getting my pedi, I was feeling fatigue and woozy, I cried out to the young man working on my feet. After 4 min they had a fan going in me, rubbed me w bucks and was very attentive. I was able to walk and leave but they were Angels. I am very grateful. They didn't have to take care of. I really appreciate that experience and I will never forget the kindness!

The girls are very sloppy with the nail polish and didn't take their time. Rough with the nails. Never coming here again

Everyone who works here are so very kind. I got a manicure, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. They took their time with everything and it was overall a great experience!

GREAT SALON! They always take time to make sure you like what is being done, and make you feel comfortable! They know the regular customers by name, and always are friendly to them. Always recommend this salon when someone asks where a good place for nails is. RECOMMEND for ladies and gentlemen. TEDDY IS THE BEST EVER!

I had been searching Des Moines for a nail salon that could offer the services that I needed. I was referred to Golden Nails by a friend and - -, I have found the spot! The service is thorough, nail techs listen to you and provide the service needed, and the people are friendly. I am never disappointed when I leave!

Just went to GOLDEN NAILS 2 NAIL SHOP! Today, August 20, 2016. MERLE HAY ROAD I HAVE BEEN going there for over 6 years. No other customers, owner Donna was there she tells me Teddy who normally does my nails not there! She tells me he will be there in about 15 minutes,I say I'll wait! Then she try's to give me to some strange man I've never seen or had do my nails! I said no, she says I don't think you'll like him! why would you suggest him? So I say why can't you do my nails, she says waiting on a customer. I say she's not here,she says another 15 minutes or 20 she's waiting! I say if she's not here and I'm a customer why can't you do my nails! Her response Teddy does your nails! THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME SHE CALLED TEDDY AND HES PLAYING PING PONG , I asked when Helen was coming she says 2-3 this afternoon. I tell her she is treating me rude, and I have been a customer for years and I am not going to be treated this way! I told her if you don't want to do my nail just say that. She says its just my feeling! Really? I ALWAYS TIP! IM done , I'm not going be treated like that! Unbelievable!!!

Wonderful! Friendly, personable, funny, quick, and talented. The prices are fair and my nails looked top quality. I got a full set acrylic. I will make this my regular salon at last.

I just went in get my nails done just re manicure. You when they take care hang nails. Get the skin around the nail take care of. Not hear. All she did was paint my nails. Nothing else dispointed .

I went to Golden Nails for the first time today. I was a walk in client and arrived around 6:30pm. They were surprisingly busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes and the gentleman kept me updated on my wait time. I got a basic manicure after one of my long nails broke off. He did a wonderful job and he was very friendly and personable! I highly recommend this business and I will absolutely be returning!

They took care of (as always), but I donated plasma my Last visit before coming to the shop aND mid way to me getting my pedi, I was feeling fatigue and woozy, I cried out to the young man working on my feet. GREAT SALON! They always take time to make sure you like what is being done, and make you feel comfortable! They know the regular customers by name, and always are friendly to them. I went to Golden Nails for the first time today. I was a walk in client and arrived around 6:30pm. They were surprisingly busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes and the gentleman kept me updated on my wait time. I got a basic manicure after one of my long nails broke off. He did a wonderful job and he was very friendly and personable! I highly recommend this business and I will absolutely be returning!
