I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Reason for great customer service. After the experience today will never go back. The older guy was so rude to me and it looks like a two year old could of done them better. Charged me $37 for them also. All I did was show him a picture of what I’d like done and he said he didn’t have that design. I was ok with that but then he said because I washed my hands with soap it ruined something and the polish wouldn’t be smooth. Again I’ve been going here for two years. Never been told this. Very upsetting I even have nail polish on hand

I was going there for well over 2 years. I left because the last time I got my nails done the owner got mad at me, so mad he walked away and wouldn't finish my nails when I simply said I wasn't loving the color, could I switch. This was 6 mos ago. I decided to try again today when my regular shop couldn't get me in. I called, asked to come in, and she told me an hour. I get there an hour later, wait 45 mins, only to be told it's going to be another 20. Uhhhh......NO! No apology for wasting 2 hrs of my day. Nothing. I'll NEVER go back!
The reason for even 2 stars.....Jenny. She's the ONLY reason I even gave them a second chance. She's nice, does a good job, and pays attention to detail. The others, simply don't care. Shame......

I went here to get a manicure/pedicure for my birthday. I expected to get really great service, but was unpleasantly surprised. It would've been nice to have been greeted with a smile, but that wasn't the worst thing about it. The manicurist cut one of my fingers causing it to bleed for the next few minutes. The pedicures were unnecessarily forceful. I would've let this one bad experience go if I hadn't woken up 2 days later with and infected toenail. 10/10 would not recommend.

The service was decent. The quality of the nails however, is not good. I got my nails done on a Thursday for a wedding that Saturday. The Monday after, the nails are already trying to peel off.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Reason for great customer service. After the experience today will never go back. The older guy was so rude to me and it looks like a two year old could of done them better. Charged me $37 for them also.
