I’ve been a long time customer, an excellent tipper, etc... I felt like a part of the family!!! Unfortunately, I’ve become extremely displeased with their services over the past few month. I had strong, long natural nails, up until recently. Although i had acrylic dip & shellac on my nails, 3 nails broke ALL THE WAY DOWN TO MY FINGERTIPS in less than week. At the time I was out of town & could not make it back for a repair. However, once I returned to town I called and scheduled an appointment- 10 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time they called to tell me I’D NEED TO RESCHEDULE because a large bridal party had just arrived. Needless to say I was dismayed. I’d been a loyal customer for years & how was my loyalty rewarded — by canceling my appointment for a walk in bridal party. The younger man that works there Anthony is very rude and doesn't listen to anything you say. Tried telling him my the color he grabbed was not what I picked then got pissed when I told him I did t like it. If you go here always ask for the lady. She's sweet and listens. Read Less

I was very disappointed in this salon. There were not enough people working to do my mom's mani-pedi and my own at the same time. While making conversation the man who did my moms pedicure was quite negative. He did not give us much time to talk to each other. Neither of us got lotion during our pedicures. They did not shape my nails well or push back my cuticles. They seemed to skip many steps that every other nail salon I've been to has done. I got the gel nail polish and it is already peeling off 4 days later. We did not feel we were a top priority as opposed to the few repeat customers who were there at the same time. I hope this was a fluke occurrence but we will not be returning. Read Less

I recently had a bad experience with my old nail joint. They usually have a very good reputation and they had always done a good job but their technicians were very limited to what they could do in means of designs and notions. THE TECHNICIANS AT PHEONIX NAILS CAN DO ANYTHING and they work until they get it right. I also have way more choices of colors, never have to wait more than 15 minutes and all of the employees are friendly and happy to be there. It's incredibly refreshing! Read Less
