Manager is rude and aggressive. The other employees are super nice, but the manager insists on speaking in her native language, while obviously complaining about the guests. They have a loyalty system that they don't like to honor. This location use to be one of my favorite nail salons, but the rudeness of the manager today was a major turnoff. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the other employees do great work. The lady who did my nails said, "please come back, it will be better next time." My message to the manager is, "please be courteous EVERY time, because you are not guaranteed a ''next time'!" Additionally, if you look at other disappointing reviews the manager simply responds by calling the customer "a hater" instead of trying to address the issue. This is very telling and indicative of the lack of customer concern. Dear Manager, I am not a hater, I foolishly supported your business for years, and even recommended it to those who had equally disappointing experiences. On my last visit to LD Nails I was extremely overcharged and when I asked questions anne got extremely upset and said I've been coming here long enough to know the prices and walked off, however when others that work there would give me my total it would be completely different from what Anne would charge me for. For example for a fill (gel) me and my mom the cost was 99.51 yesterday so be aware this could happen to you!!!! Or did it already? Read Less

Friendly and professional service in a clean salon. This was my first visit to LD Nails, the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. My stylist removed my acrylic nails and gave me a beautiful shellac manicure. Highly recommend! Read Less

My wife daughter and myself stopped in for our appointment at 3:30pm on the 24th of December. We all had pedicures, which was nice except for the rush of various team members doing my wife's and daughters manicures. I felt like a was in the middle of NASCAR pit crew. They said they were trying to get done to have their Christmas party. I appreciate the reason,however if you're not going to do a decent job because of time constraints,then don't schedule so close to your party. As the result they didn't remove all the old polish painted over it and then...told my wife it was her natural nail. Here is where I should mention the very same person who stated this, did my wife's nails the time before this and did a very good job. And now my wife has a nail deformity?? Seriously??? We just wanted the two nails, not all ten,just the two.But again she claimed it was because my wife's natural nails where the issue. If you make a mistake,repair it move on.
