Worst experience ever. I went with my friend and the manager (Tom) asked where she got her nails done and she explained she stopped coming to his salon because she was charged 45 bucks for a set of acrylics for prom last year and he absolutely went OFF on her. He started yelling at both of us, repeatedly telling us to “stop giving him a bad name and lying” and I asked why he was being rude to my friend and he yelled at me to get out of his store. He was INCREDIBLY rude and refused to take off my HALF done nails. DO NOT go to this salon. It’s absolutely ridiculous. He embarrassed both me and my friend and was so mean. Read Less

First time I went they weren’t friendly AT ALL and didn’t do a good job. All my fingers were just breaking and some chipping nail polish. Went in and they told me they’d fix it. They ended up just putting polish over my other nail color. Not to mention all the shaping is uneven. Won’t be back! Read Less

I continue to be impressed every time I go to Impressions. I got a pedicure last week and a few of my nails chipped (likely from a rough week on my feet i.e. Tennis shoes, swimming pool, etc.). Terrible .. absolutely terrible.. walked in ask for coffin set got a oval set .. got diamonds on my nails fell off the same day .. i asked them to glue the diamonds on .. got a "oh no the gel polish will hold it on " no it didnt ... never ever go here they do not listen.. my nails are crooked and round when I asked for them to be coffin my nails look like literally an egg not happy whatsoever and did it even get a refund Read Less

The two guys working here, Tom( the owner) and Lam do an excellent job!! I've been to 3 or 4 of the women in there, I wasn't really pleased with any of them. Walked in today and was told about 10 minutes so I walked down to Famous Footwear and when I came back Tom said they took someone else and had no time for me today! Will NOT be back as this is the 2nd time Tom has made me feel like he doesn't want my business! Went to Kim Nails and they took me right away & did a better job than Tom. Not a happy customer! While I've always been very pleased with the services I've received from your salon, I will never EVER come back. If you have issues with an employee's performance, please pull that person aside and speak to her in private. Publicly berating someone-calling her STUPID in front of customers-is never OK. You justify your complete lack of decency by saying that "time is money." Terrible! You lost money on me today, because I chose to leave instead of have you finish my manicure. I was charged $47 for a gel manicure fill-in and an eyebrow/upper lip wax. She ripped 1/4 of my left inner eyebrow off, and the manager said he couldn't tell they were uneven, because he didn't want to admit she slaughtered my eyebrows in front of all the clients watching my distress. My fill-ins became loose and the jagged edges cut into my cuticles causing them to pull away from the skin. Now im out almost $50, my nails look HORRIBLE, and I've been waiting for a week for my eyebrow to grow back and I'm going to have to spend another $20-25 to have them filled in by a REAL professional.Read Less

Got a pedicure done today with three of my co-workers. Everyone but me got attentive, good service. I got a lady who poked my bruise on my legs, told me I needed my eyebrows done (I didn't ask) and then asked if I was single. She was very unprofessional and didn't do as nice of a job as the other ladies did. She spent the entire time glaring at me and made comments about Rachel Ray being fat (who happened to be on the TV we were watching). I've had this lady twice now. I won't be back, unless I can be assured I *won't* get her. She was the eldest of all the women working there, I think. She totally ruined the experience for me.Read Less

I have been looking for a place that can do my eyebrows beautifully and evenly. I saw impressions across from chili's restaurant and decided to try it. Best place ever!!! A woman named Heather did my eyebrows and she did them perfect!!! I am so relieved to finally find a place that can do my eyebrows perfect! Heather noticed the place i went to before made my eyebrows uneven and she fixed me right up!! She knows exactly what she is doing and has a lot of knowledge! She told me she's been doing it for 20 years! I'm never going to any other salon again! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed! I feel beautiful again!!!!!!!! I went recently with a friend to celebrate my birthday. I'm glad I went because I really needed a manicure and pedicure, but I don't think I would go to Impressions again.We were late for our appointment, but we got right in because we called and said we would be a bit late.  The pedicure was overall pretty good, but a few of my toe nails were not cut straight across, they were cut more diagonally.  My manicure was sub-par because my cuticles were barely soaked and pushed back.  They did a very good job painting my nails, but the rest of the process was not great.  I'm glad I received a 50% discount on my pedicure (You receive half off a service if it's your birthday.) because my services weren't worth paying full price. Moving here from NY, i tried many places to get my nails the way they did in NY. This is one of the best places i've found for acrillic nails and wraps. My nails last 3+ weeks without breaking, or without even knowing I need a fill. The techs do a great job, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Read Less
