Last time I was there I wanted a pedicure and a full set. There were 4 people there (staff) and 1 customer. I waited about 30 mins before I said how much longer will it be. Waited a long time after being told 5 minutes, by the time the person came over the water was cold. He kept yawning & saying how tired he was. Filed my nails crooked & had to have another person there fix it & acted like it was a task to do so. While he was painting my toes he did such a horrible job that I had to ask him to repaint almost every one. The sides of 6 toenails had no paint, basically a stripe down the middle. Horrible. My sister, mother, and I went last night at 4:30 to get pedicures. When we got in, they told us it would be a 15 minute wait, which was fine. When we were seated after the wait, my sister's chair was broken and my water was cold. The person that did my nails spent the majority of the time digging into my skin with the clippers, which hurt a bit but didn't seem like a big deal until today when my toes are so tender I can't wear socks. My mom's technician got angry with her for asking her to be gentle when filing the toe nails. My sister's experience outside of the non-working chair wasn't horrible, but my mom's pedicure was over after about a total of 10 minutes, once she made her technician mad by asking her to be gentle. As soon as she was done, she went into the back to start making dinner for everyone, so clearly she was in a hurry to get us out. Today my polish is already chipping off, and after talking with my sister we realized they never even gave us a clear top coat. I wish I had just left before the pedicure was finished and not paid at all. I would NOT recommend this place. I used to go here and it was nice, but something has definitely taken it downhill. I went in for a full set of acrylics.....i told the tech I do NOT want them short. My nails were cut very short and the acrylic did not even cover the sides of my nails. I had my nails done on Saturday and they are already lifting due to the sides of my real nails not being covered. This is by far the worst manicure I have ever had. Went in 4/7/17 with 5 other girls for my sisters wedding this past weekend. Being part of a bridal party they said we could bring wine and they'd throw in a free nail design on each of our nails. Well, we all ended up getting manicures and pedicures, which they then talked us into getting gel because their "we guarantee it for two weeks!" spiel. I made sure to verify a total price before we got done and they calculated some bs number, but of course it still wasn't right and they over charged all of 6 us. Their sign says $42, I was told $55, in the end we paid $65.. wtf?? From the beginning we were rushed. They didn't file my nails, I have more hangnails now than I did before going in, my pedicure was half assed.. no massage or lotion, our mom didn't get to enjoy anything because they wanted us out so badly, my gel nails are completely demolished after 5 days due to poor skills, they cut the crap out of my sister (the brides) nails so she had blood under her acrylics. What a mess this place is. As for cleanliness.. I'm not sure if the other reviewers are blind or have been to worse places to make this place seem nice, but it's dirty. The tubs look moldy, the utensils are way past needing thrown out and ALL nail salons use the same disgusting pumice stone on everyone's nasty feet. I get a pedicure every now and then and I always go to Super Nail Spa.Whenever I need some pampering, (yes, I said pampering), and want a pedicure or manicure, I always go to this place.  All of the staff are super nice and friendly and the prices are pretty good at $37 for a full mani/pedi.I've only had services with Linda and Kimberly, both are super nice and accommodating.All in all, this place rocks.  The staff is awesome at what they do.  I won't go anywhere else in the foreseeable future. This nail salon is probably one of the finest and best in council bluffs. I have had several pedicures from here (not to mention I had my very first pedicure here). Each visit is so pleasant and all around such a treat! All nail techs deliver the most supreme service I think I've ever experienced. They know me and my mom whom I usually go with by our first names... Every trip, they greet us with such excitement and happiness the minute we walk in the door which is soooo cool! It truly makes me feel very welcome which is exactly why I continue to return. On top of that all ladies and the one male tech I've observed, have such a great sense of humor. Cleanliness of the salon is also 10/10, always smells nice right when you walk in the door, floor is always very well swept, furniture is maintained.Pricing: This salon has very logical prices. Nothing astronomical whatsoever.Wait time: This salon is usually very very VERY busy on the weekend (saturday's mainly) during the week there is usually a reasonable wait time and or no wait at all. I definitely advise calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment. All around I highly recommend paying this salon a visit, I can promise you truly won't be disappointed. Read Less

I have been going to super nails for years. They are amazing ladies and gentlemen that do a wonderful job. They are extremely reasonably priced $25 for a pedicure and $35 for a shellac nail manicure. However on the weekends they are extremely busy I would suggest making an appointment in advance on the weekends. They take extremely good care of their customers. Terrible! Very unsanitary, used the same tools on myself and the individual before and after me... I spent $36 on shellac to have it completed in less than 15 mins and crack the next day.... I spent almost $100 for three different people to do a terrible job on myself and my guests. Horribly disappointed by the service and the environment. I would not recommend to anyone... Read Less

Very Clean. Attendants are extremely nice. Does a wonderful job. My daughter and I have found a new "home". We will be going back to have our nails done from here on out. Really makes you feel pampered and the cost is very reasonable. Read Less
