Love Rose. She is the best. I tried other salons here and there if they are closed or something but always go back to her. Most the time she knows what designs i want for the time of year and i just let her do her thing and leave happy with nails I love and i get tons of compliments. Im only giving this place 1 star cus i have to...but this is the worst nail salon i have ever experienced... it took multiple redos for them to make my nails some what more than what my 12 year old daughter could do... i spent 92$ for them to put acrylic on when it was supposed to be shellac and im not able to use acrylic... told them that multiple times yet she didnt listen and i ended up with an allergic reaction from ACRYLIC!!! when i called to get my $ back the lady was rude and wouldnt give it back... i highly recommend not going here ever! I tried this place out with a friend and don't think I will be going back. We both had shellac manicures and mine lasted for over a week but hers was chipped by the next day. Really hit-or-miss with what you will get. The lady doing my nails was meticulous but the guy doing my friend's nails was in a rush to get outside to smoke in between coats of polish and hers done 10-15 minutes before mine. Prices are a little above anywhere else I have been...But It made a huge difference to me that when my first visit I went to get information about removing my acrylics after having them without a break since 2007 (had chemo and my nails were a mess) and they were actually able to speak clear English with me.  They understood every concern and I was confident they knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish. If I want a particular design - color - etc. they go above and beyond to make sure I'm pleased with it. I am pretty particular about my nails. I'm visiting, so I just found the closest place & tried this one. I got the basic pedicure and a full set with gel polish & it was $103...more than it should be for what I had done. Jimmy did my full set and my nails look great! He's really friendly, fast, and I would come back just for him. The lady who did my pedicure (idk her name but she was older) did ok. She rushed the whole thing and I still have dead skin... Most places include that in the pedicure but every thing is extra here. The polish looks good that's about it. Read Less

I showed up 10 minutes before their listed closing hours and they welcomed me with a smile and friendly chatter.  I needed a fill and some serious correction to my acrylics.  I am picky about the shape and length of my nails when I get them done and the woman who did mine was excellent!  I'd give 5 stars except the environment would be nicer with one less pedi chair and there were nail clippings on the carpeted floor near the mani stations.  Very friendly staff!
