My nail tech, Lisa, was efficient and conscientious about doing an excellent job on my pedicure. Honestly, it may be the best pedicure I've ever had. The price was reasonable, especially since it included a hot towel wrap of my feet and lower legs and a hot stone massage. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Went to this nail place because i seen good reviews. This place sucks! The staff was rude and made me feel like they had no time for me! The kid that did my feet didn't get my dead skin off my feet at all! The kid that painted my nails smudged all of them! I got home and my bf asked me if one of our children painted my nails! The kid that did my pedicure got the massage rocks way way to hot and burnt the top of my foot! I am so DISAPPOINTED! I'm definitely gonna let me friends and family know not to go to this place! Horrible customer service.. Only one nail tech the rest suck.. They butchered my wife's nails and tried to charge her for fixing there mistakes. Apparently they have enough customers willing to pay for mediocre work so they don't care about someone who is unsatisfied with the poor quality of work . Super disappointed with this place. When we went back there to show them what a poor job they did the lady told us the that it was the owners day off... Love love love. Great place to treat yourself to. They offer a safe place to get nails and toes done. The pedicure is amazing. They have liners for tubs. Best massage chairs. They offer free drinks. They have tons of colors to choose from. They use single use files and buffers. They use oranges and hot towels on legs and hot lotion and hot rocks for a massage also!! The staff are great. I didn't really know what to expect, I've never gotten a pedicure before. I stopped in because my feet were kinda looking rough and my own attempts to fix it garnered amateur results as best.I was admittedly somewhat hesitant to stop in (being male) but I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable by anyone there. Very good experience and the nail tech seemed to do a good job. They spent quite a bit of time tending to everything and even more time massaging for a $28 service so I definitely made sure to throw a $10 tip Cindy's way. I've been to this place twice now, and I live 31/2 hours away. I'm willing to travel as far as I need to to get the nail service I want.I can't say enough about this location. It's clean, bright, and the service is great.My nails look better and last longer when I go here. Love what they do! What is shocking to me is the value you get for the low cost. Granted this was my first time in, the folks at Mai Nails were super through in explaining what would be best for my nails, made sure I loved their work through every process, and even fixed the tiny blips I’ve seen other salons simply try to cover in top coat. I went here as a walk in and I have no idea if that's what caused this but the lady I got just seemed pissed that I walked in she was in the middle of doing my nails and she got up and left I sat there for 5 minutes trying to convince myself to stay eventually she got in trouble because she came back crying. I had the best experience at Mai! I had been to a couple CB nail salon and they ended up being at the bottom of the barrel compared to ones in Omaha I have frequent in the past. This was a wonderful surprise in Council Bluffs. I have been going to Omaha for Pedicure's for years because Council Bluffs really didn't have a good place. I decided to give Mai Nail a try and it was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else now.  Ha was wonderful. They squeeze oranges on your legs and do a wonderful calf and foot massage. Mai Nail Spa did not live up to Yelp hype, nor was it up to my home town Brooklyn standard, which is less costly by $10 BTW. Though I requested my nails be cut short, I was ignored. Toenails cut only slightly, fingernails not cut at all, just filed. Much dead skin left around finger cuticles. Sustained slight cut when tech sliced thumb cuticle while buffing with what she said was a new sponge. Still, clean facility, and quite busy for mid-week, mid-afternoon, so I suspect there aren't many other options in CB. Read Less

Fairly new place in CB, lots of positive reviews on their Facebook page so I thought I'd give it a try. I was very very happy with the service. It was slow, Thursday morning, but I was quickly greeted at door and given a chair. The tech (Kim) asked if I would like a beverage; Water, Coke, Sprite... Which doesn't happen at other places. Kim took her time and was very nice. I like my polish and pedicure overall but I really did enjoy the calf/foot massage. They used orange slices, a mint masque, hot stones, a warming oil and lotion. It came to $27, which I really expected it to be more for the great service I received. They asked if it was the first time I'd visited and thanked me for coming in. I really plan on returning the next time I need a mani or pedi! Side note: I don't know their hours but I over heard one customer say it was awesome that they were open on Sunday's.
