Very satisfied with my experience. Very little wait time, friendly staff, the technician took her time on my toes, my calluses are all gone, tools were all opened from an autoclave package right in front of me, and the space is very clean. Wondering why I've ever gone anywhere else.

I have been going here since 2001 it's the ONLY place I will go to get my manicure and pedicures. It's a laid back environment very welcoming. I only recommend this place to everyone

Love LOVE Kim. I have tarple tunnel syndrome and had surgery on both feet. It's extremely painful and has been impossible to even walk at times. Kim has been patient with me. Is very gentle and understanding to my pain. I highly recommend her. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary actions that are taken for customers. The employees are exceptional!

I showed the nail tech the top picture and told her I wanted all 10 nails in the fully covered design, not the tipped design.

I showed the nail tech the top picture and told her I wanted all 10 nails in the fully covered design, not the tipped design.
Nail tech: So you want ring finger?
Me: No I want the flag design on all 10 fingers. I pointed it out. Then I pointed at the tipped ones and said I dont want these on any fingers. This was repeated a couple more times. Then the nail tech proceeded to paint two of my tips black. I told her to stop. She argued with me about the colors of the American flag. I made her remove the black and again told her I wanted NO TIP color. I want the full design on every finger. You see what I got. I was charged more than when I get what I want on every finger.
TWO THUMBS DOWN!
They told Shannah hers would cost 27 dollars, then charged her 39. When she brought it to their attention, they said it was the 7% tax. Last I knew 7% of 27 was 1.89. Should have come to 28.89. NEVER AGAIN.

I had been going there for years and stopped for bit and my gf and i went in for pedicures... the regular staff that recognized me just werent as friendly as they used to be and when i was ready to pay i had plans to leave of tip for the 2 gals that did our feet but they guy handed me my change and darted off.
Unprofessional.

I was a walk in 20 minutes before they closed today. I thought I had over an hour. I was nicely greeted and shown to a chair where the gentleman had a big job ahead of him. My nails were a mess from a previous shop! He did not complain one time. I felt awful for coming so late but he made me feel comfortable. Nice, clean bright shop!!!
My hats off to him. I'll drive from west omaha to go there from now on. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with my experience. Very little wait time, friendly staff, the technician took her time on my toes, my calluses are all gone, tools were all opened from an autoclave package right in front of me, and the space is very clean. Wondering why I've ever gone anywhere else.
