I came here twice- the first visit, I wasn't impressed, but the job was done. Plus, they are open on Sundays until 5: +1 star for that.The most recent visit I was disappointed- the lotion massage and the buff was probably the most mediocre I've had in awhile. The kicker was that the tech asked me to walk to her station (front left when you walk in) after the pedicure without the temp flip flops (it's winter now, and I don't wear open toe shoes). Why would I want to walk on your carpet after my feet have been cleaned?I wasn't even going to write this review until I looked at my nails (it's been 2 days), and the gel is peeling near the cuticles. I appreciate your Sunday hours. I don't even care if you don't talk to me the entire time. What I don't appreciate is your look when I asked for the temp flip flops, and when you gave me my tip change in all large bills on purpose. Read Less

My daughter and I went to have a gel nail manicure done. There was one worker and she called back another worker that just left. You could tell the worker that was called back was not very happy. The other worker indicated that as soon as we were done she was going to close the shop so she could go shopping. Closing two hours early according to the posted hours. You could tell she also wanted to get out of there soon. Gel nails should last about 2 weeks. Two days after having our nails done both my daughter and I had a nail that chipped off. A day later I had another nail that chipped off. We felt rushed to get our nails done so the workers could leave. I went to pay by credit card and was told they already signed out of the credit card machine for the day. She had to activate the credit card machine again. Then I was asked to pay cash for the tip. It was my wife's B-day so I wanted to treat her like a queen so I said, we should go get Pedicure! Yes, I'm a man and I got one too! How's that for being self confident, or just wanting to sit a chair that massages you while you get pampered for a half hour! Elegant nails is pretty big, clean, and they had the View on tv which made me feel even more like a man! At one point I caught Ashley sleeping while getting her lower legs massaged at the end of the pedicure! Both our pedicurist did a fantastic job and my toe nails looked ELEGANT when I was done! Ashley's too! Each Pedi was under 35 bucks with tip and they did a great job in a fun clean eniviroment!  I would go back in a heart beat! Read Less

Dropped in around 1pm on a busy Sunday before Christmas. I was asked if I could come back at 3pm for my gel manicure. Came back at 3pm and they remembered my name! The girl who did my nails was very quiet, but did an amazing job. Best french manicure I've ever had!! I highly recommend this nail salon.Read Less

My hair salon, Capella Salon, is around the corner, so we've gotten to know the nail techs at Elegant Nails. They're all very sweet! Its a great nail salon thats clean and well taken care of. The pedicure massages are wonderful. You will never feel like you got jipped on a massage. I always recommend my clients to come here for a nice and relaxing experience. Read Less
