Danyelle is a gem and did a great job on not only my hair and my four year olds hair. I checked out bought a bottle of lotion and we walked around checked out some products. I was thinking about buying some make up when one of their sales lady walked up to me for the fourth time in 15 minutes what I was doing. Not if I needed help. Not if I was looking for something specific. I went to give a friend business. I left as soon as my ride arrived instead of purchasing more. I've never felt that way shopping before, like a thief, or a pest. My daughter is very well behaved as well.. I touched more than she did. I didnt enjoy that it kind of made me uncomfortable. Terrible experience! My daughter went to have her eye brows waxed. They burned her skin and made marks. I immediately told them and the lady screamed at us while applying neosporin and the owner proceeded to say " if she can't handle having eyebrows waxed, she's a baby." Read Less

Terrible experience with getting a gel polish! The lady cut my first nail at an angle when I said I wanted them square, then I ended up having to file it myself to fix it. There was stuff on my nail that she didn't wipe off before putting the polish on. They looked like a child painted them, I could feel the polish all around the skin on my nails. Now to top it off, the polish is chipping after not even having it on for a week! I would not recommend going here. Read Less

I work in the same plaza so I go here sometimes because it's convenient. I've only enjoyed my experiences with Julie and Lisa. They make my nails look nice, nice shape, very kind to me. Now I've had other ladies here do my nails too... Mimi was not nice and was more into talking to some other lady and yelling at me to move my arms and "relax". Sorry my arms don't bend certain ways and that my time isn't worth as much as complaining to the other worker about some girl named "L...ee Lee" (-sorry Lee Lee, this Mimi talks crap about you.) The other ladies made my nails weird shapes of which I had to reshape myself and layered the polish too thick. One lady sanded down my real nails when getting a full set WAY TOO MUCH. It hurt! And when my nails started growing out, you could visibly see that she sanded my real nails down basically to the nail bed. I'm surprised I didn't get an infection from that visit! I went in with my daughter. We both had pedicures, she had a manicure, and I had a polish change. $161.00 before tip!!!! Are you kidding me ? Used to give free gifts with purchase and have friendly, helpful staff. Even after getting a horribly crooked haircut by a matter stylist, I still came back for products. Found out they no longer carried what I wanted from an employee who's attitude left a lot to be desired. Then my last visit was on black Friday, drawn in by a good add. They didn't have anything I wanted, the store was a mess, and only two people working with a line out the door. It will be my last visit.Read Less

I rated this salon 5 stars when they first opened. Things have changed over the past 18 months and I wanted to update my experience. Don't bother to make an appointment because walkins receive priority service over appointments. I was put in a pedicure tub to soak and no one took care of me for 45 minutes. My last visit was with my young daughter. The manager pulled the employee from my daughter mid service because an adult came in and requested her. Staff turns over frequently but the managers stay. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was great, except I noticed loose skin on my small toes after I left. During my gel manicure I noticed that the polish wasn't drying properly under the light. I informed the lady doing my nails. A gentleman insisted that he finish them. He put a huge amount of glitter polish on my nail. Redid my thumb nails with a different light and the same results as the original manicurist. Was dragged here by the girlfriend. It's a nice little hair product store. There's even a salon in the back. She bought some shampoo and conditioner during their annual liter sale. Saving a bunch of money, I'm informed. They ran out of the awesome shampoo she was hunting for but found an alternate that works just as well. Read Less

Beauty Brands is my go to salon anywhere I travel to or live. It's nice knowing that if I cannot be at home with my stylist, I can go in any Beauty Brands and get a quality service. Danielle Henry at this location is exceptional. She provided me with a great cut and blowout without utilizing a flat iron. She also gave me a cute French braid style in a matter of minutes for a very reasonable price during another visit. The Beauty Brands spa pedicure is the best out there. This is my favorite salon!  The salon prices are reasonable and they offer hair as well as skin and nail services. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
