I went here because of the good reviews. Can't understand the reviews as this was the very worst pedicure I ever got. The guy did not want to trim my nails, but when he finally did he left the edges of my big toe nails on so my big toe nails look u-shaped. He painted my cuticles as well as my nails, looks like a polish job from a kid. And worst of all during the sugar scrub instead of massaging my legs he repeatedly scratched me with his fingernails. Just randomly decided to try this place. I am SO HAPPY WITH MY FULL SET!! She understood the specifics i requested, did very well with my few problem nail beds, asked several times if they looked ok & tended to the few discrepancies- which were very minor. I have specific logo designs I always get, she did GREAT for first time. I am very happy with the tech, services, outcome, and ability to converse. I am looking for a regular & consistent tech, excited to say I will be back!! UPDATE: Although I HAD a great experience & the finished service was exceptional, I'm dissatisfied & disappointed to report that the nails all popped off by 4th day. My original nails are very flaky and usually have part of my nail still attached when fake nail lifts, these actually did 'pop' off with no difficulty or damage to original nail bed. Had them done late on a Friday-12/29 by Tuesday-1/2 I had nothing left) it was a holiday weekend & I had no plans, so there was no strenuous activity, no chemicals in contact with, not even doing dishes. Friendly staff, dirty technician area had to wait due to minimal technicians. Had dip removed at different nail salon & took 2 hour to remove dip, Salon felt they used cheap products or acrylic powder for dip powder. Not good will NOT be returning. Got my nails done by Tia and she was AMAZING! She explains everything as she went along, gave me recommendations so I could make an informed choice and checked to make sure I was happy as she went along as well. She also offered me beverages. Every single person there is nice and they all go out if their way for you. Tia even did my fill after hours because Google has the closing hours wrong so I thought they closed at 7 and they had actually closed at 6. I honestly think someone who leaves a bad review for this place are either people unhappy 100% of the time or trying to get something for free. This is a top notch nail salon. Read Less

I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon! I went there with my 5 year old daughter to get her nails painted, and new acrylics for myself. A man sits down to paint my daughters nails, and he doesn't say a word to her then starts talking very loudly to his coworker right next to him. My daughter starts to cry because she is scared of this strange man. I tell them she doesn't want her nails done anymore. The lady doing my nails then trys to talk my daughter into getting her nails done. I had to ask her to stop. Then she trys to rip off my old acrylics (which are stuck on pretty good still) with a fake nail after only soaking them in acetone for 5 minutes. Only half the acrylic came off of each nail. She took a chunk out of my thumb nail. Then said she was going to sand off the rest and ended up burning 2 of my real nails before I told her I was done. Then I asked what I owed her she said full price for nail removal $10. I only paid $5 due to her being rude and rough. Also she only took off half my acrylics so she got half the pay. I came in to get my nails fixed from another salon. They were scheduled to close soon but stayed late. The last nail salon (diamond nails) made my acrylic nails too thin. In less than 24 hours one chipped off. I am always happy coming to Paris nails. They always are so friendly and so much fun to BS with. Staff is always friendly. I always get the shellac french with a regular pedicure and it's always so shiny. There were a few times I did not have enough time to fully dry under the uv curing process, because I was in a rush. I came back the next day and they had no issues with applying another top coat to one of my big toes that hadn't dried all the way. They are open sundays! Pedicures are great here. This was my first time at Paris Nails. My feet were looking kind of gnarly, so I decided last-minute to pop in and get a manicure and a pedicure. What an unexpectedly wonderful experience!  The ladies could not have been nicer, and the service was second to none. What I thought would be an average maintenance experience was a a full hour of being pampered while they worked simultaneously on my hands and feet. I give this place five stars. Read Less

On the back of their business card, it states that a party of 4 or more gets 10% off. I took my family there for mani's and pedi's. Showed the lady at the register the card that says 10% off. She stamped a card for each of us- all 4 of us. We did not get any discount for presenting the business card that says 10% off. It's a crock. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went back to get my nails filled- $16 it says on the board. I was charged $21. Apparently they gave me gel filler and didn't ask me. Very upsetting. I went to Paris Nails today for the first time, and they were very friendly. I really enjoyed going there. The lady that did put my tips on for me was very friendly and did a really great job and for only $20 for a full set that wasnt bad either. she put stuff on to keep them from yellowing before my wedding i was very pleased with the service and the attitudes of the employees will definately be going back there again, next time.
