Very disappointed with my last service. I've been here a couple of times for pedicures and had not problems, but my gel manicure this time was terrible. I was served by a male technician who seemed to be rushing through to get to the next person and destroyed my cuticles and left me bleeding. 4 days later and massive chips and whole polish are coming off my fingernails. Came here for the first time over the weekend. I had heard some decent things about I Nails so decided to give it a try. The workers were very rude to us within the first 2 minutes we were there. They didn't ask us what we wanted - just pointed to the back and told us to pick out a color. We both wanted a pedicure and shellac manicure - so we started looking at the shellac colors displayed on the wall. One of the workers came over and asked "What do you think you're doing?" Caught us off guard - we replied that we were told to look at the colors and we wanted shellac. She said we should not be looking at those - we need to look at the regular polishes. (We would have known that if someone would've told us..) On top of that,It was very quiet in there - so everyone heard. Then she proceeded to go back over to her client and complain about us. Very embarrassing and made us super uncomfortable. Should've walked out right then. They were unpleasant to us the rest of the experience. "There's a nail salon on every corner but they don't compare to iNails." That's what I review when I first went. I've been going there for over a year now. If it's busy you could be there for hours. Expensive compared with other places ($30 for full set when most other places are $20). "Upgraded" my mom to gel without asking first so that's more on top of the $30. Every time I've been there, my experience has been TERRIBLE! The staff are incredibly RUDE, they just sit there and talk to each other and ignored me. They get up and walk away, and I've had to be there 3 hours one time for a simple manicure for my wedding. I think what has driven me most crazy has been this little boy that's always there (one of their children I assume) running around and getting into women's purses and taking things out. And of course when my nails are getting done, I can't get him to stop or leave me and my stuff alone. The work they do is usually ok, but I'm done due to the customer service experience. Read Less

WILL NOT BE back.  This salon has changed hands.  The manicurists spoke to each other the entire time and did not respond to us hardly at all when we asked questions.  It was extremely rude.  I use to like this place.  They started my daughters pedi first and she wasn't done until 20 mins after me!  Price was very reasonable but I'd rather pay more for good service.  Salon use to be tidy and clean.  Now it's dirty and disgusting. The pedicure was good. The service not so much. The lady working on me disappeared twice. A guy has to ask her if she was done the first time. She came back and did another coat of polish. Then she left me in the chair again. Next time I saw her she was starting work on someone else. I left to go pay and mentioned it but got no response. Unlikely I'll go back. Read Less

I came in around 12pm on Sunday hoping to get a touch up since I chipped a nail, not realizing I'd sit there for an hour and a half while the girl behind me had gotten there at 11am when they opened and the girl next to me was there at 1130, both had foil on their nails and that was it. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The staffing and owners here are great, they do decent work for the price you pay, I however will not be coming back. All three of us ended up leaving after getting our schellac removed because we simply couldn't wait any longer. They even tried to help me first instead of the other two girls, when I said something, I was brushed off which just irritated the other two girls. I think you guys have a nice business but the organization and business management definitely needs some work. Sorry to say but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

My sister brought me here and I was not impressed.   First, they sat me down and wrapped my nails and 10 minutes later i stood up and the lady was working on a fill.  I have used the SES product before and went ahead and use it here.  First off not cheap, second when I got the done in Arizona it was a 1 minut cure time and done, that is why i loved this product.   Through the whole time the lady that did my nails was pre occupied with her husband and daughter that were there.  She left before i was done and i had to guess when my nails were dry.  One day later my nail chipped,  my polish lasts for 1 month.  Not impressed and very pricey. Very average. I came in here and was helped ASAP, which was nice. Here's problem #1: The man doing my nails was talking with a woman employee during my entire manicure-she was literally standing over him and they were talking the entire time. I was pissed because he should have had his entire attention on the task at hand. It was making me nervous with that woman there the entire time too! I felt they were talking about me, and the conversation was so loud I could barely talk to my friend sitting next to me who was also getting her nails done. Very, very rude.My shellac manicure looked really nice when he was done. Even application, good attention to cuticles and everything. My only minor complaint is that he didn't paint the ENTIRE nail, there seemed to be a little room toward the bottom of every nail that he didn't paint for some reason.But problem #2: my shellac. My nails started chipping around Day 10. I'm sorry but unless the shellac lasts the full 14 days as promised, I'm going to be angry. Probably won't be back here. Read Less

INails does a fantastic job! I have visited this salon 4 times and each time I get prompt and friendly service. They have plenty of new pedicure chairs which are very comfortable. Hygiene standards appear to be of a high standard as I see them using freshly sterilized tools and cleaning the chairs after each use.  My polish on natural nails always comes out nicely. I have been going here for 4 months. At first they did a good job but the last few times have been horrible. I like gel nails. I believe intentionally, didn't let my right hand soak long enough so when she started to remove the polish she tore 4 of my natural nails. She then told me my nails were weak, they are not, that's why they broke and then tried to up sell me on acrylics( more money, more upkeep, not what I wanted) really disappointed. Read Less

I just dropped by here a few hours ago. I'm new to the area and had some 2 week old acrylics I got for graduation that needed attention.I walked in and was immediately given a chair. I asked for acrylic removal and a manicure. There was a miscommunication, I think, because the acrylics were removed but he only painted my nails (a polish change). I just went with it because I thought it'd be fine, but my nails are kinda rough and uneven. And the polish bubbled up despite him trying to fix it. It might've been better if I was more assertive about the full manicure treatment, but who knows. Only paid $20 after tip, more than likely will not go back. Read Less

My daughter needed a place to go to get her nails done for prom so I looked up on Yelp what places were good. iNail looked the best so I told my daughter. Her and her friend went shortly after and they were so pleased with the results. They really looked good and said they would go back again. I like that all their materials are sterilized and the boss himself clean the pedicure chairs and help his employees'. The surrounding looks neat and comforting, i like the smiling faces and kind attitude of the workers, most speak descent English, some needs more practice but they are understandable. By far the friendliest nail salon I have ever been to! My nail tech and all the others made a conscious effort to keep a conversation going the whole time with myself and their clients, which was great so there were none of those awkward times of silence. First time here, Sunday afternoon and all of the other nail salons in CR were packed. I was a bit apprehensive with a name like "iNail" but I was very impressed. We were seated immediately. They have the standard massaging chairs for pedicures, the row of desks for manicures. They have a good selection of nail polishes, and a good selection of services (three different types of pedicures, manicures, etc.). Once seated we were offered drinks and promptly brought cold bottles of water. We soaked for about ten minutes, not long enough to feel neglected but long enough to enjoy the massage chairs and hot water. The woman that did my pedicure was a true expert, she really worked out my ingrown toenail, asking every so often if I was doing okay. None of that holding down your foot while you wince and say ow! She was really great. I got the basic package which includes a melon scented sugar scrub and a lotion massage. Both of which felt ah-may-zing! Overall, this place is excellent and they have a great staff of experts. Also! They cleaned every tub of every pedicure station after each use. Very clean, very polite and well spoken staff.
