okay this place is literally horrible. i went a couple weeks ago to get my nails done and they insisted on me spending extra to get gel nails so that my acrylics lasted longer. they said they would last at least three weeks! well it’s not even two weeks and just about every single one of my nails has cracks in it. today i called and asked how long it would be to get in to get them filled. they said about an hour and a half so i went ahead and scheduled an appointment. i got t...here and checked in and then the woman asked me to sit and wait for a bit. i asked how long i’d have to wait. she said about an hour. WHAT?! another hour after i had already waited an hour and a half for my appointment. i said to her that i had an appointment and she said yeah and so do they; pointing at four other women waiting. okay so they scheduled five people for the same time appointment?! are you kidding me?! horrible quality and horrible service. i will never go back. I'm still here with the bridal party I came with and never leave reviews but we had such an amazing experience. We're kind of a loud and sarcastic bunch and the employees here were so fun and hilarious! It definitely has made our morning a blast! I had acrylic nails done and they turned out horrible. The clear coat they used turned my nails a brown, dirty looking color and with a light blue polish, it was very noticeable (picture in comments). The nails also had lines/crevices down a few of them so dirt was getting stuck in those, which made my nails look even more dirty.. Overall, just a bad experience. Got a walk-in appointment on a busy Saturday morning for a gel manicure. Bobby gave the best manicure I've ever gotten. Polish right up to the cuticle on all sides and no excess that causes the early chipping you can get from a bad service. On top of that, he gave an AMAZING hand massage. Very firm and relaxing. I dropped off my wife, who is asain, to have her nails done. I arrived just as she arrived to the table to begin her manucure. My wife was very unhappy. I asked her why. The young asian male refused to allow her to wash her hands so that she could clean under her nails. He had failed to to clean under her nails. We said this 3 times to him. He refused to listen. I then looked around the shop. I didnt see the usual conversation between employees that you normally see in other nail shops. Even to tbeir clients they were not engaging. They are overpriced for standard services. People will catch on. Read Less

I have been here twice, have seen the same guy both times. He did my nails the first time, was waiting on others the second. He is good at doing your nails, but some of his conversation made me uncomfortable. He dissed his own workplace and I witnessed him being rude to others. To both customers and his co-workers. I'm from out of town and I went to get a full set and a pedicure and it was by far the best experience I've have at a nail salon in the past ten years I've been going ! Such great people with great personalities that do a phenomenal job!! I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done and I've never laughed so much while at a nail salon. We arrived later in the day, but not only were we NOT rushed out at closing time, they did an AMAZING job! Plus they were easy to talk to and played with my daughter while her and my mom were waiting on me! This is the absolute best place I have ever been to! In multiple states! I did not like my experience here at all and I will not be going back. First and foremost the two males working made comments about their own race that made it very uncomfortable. Secondly, it was unprofessional. They had their children running around, yes they were being quite and respectful but I am sure those girls would rather not wait at work all day with their guardians. One of the employees grabbed wine and drank it AND one employee even grabbed a chicken wing from the back room and sat in a pedicure chair in the salon and just ate it in front of everybody....I felt this was extremely unprofessional. The third thing is the guy that did my nails was sick and was sniffling and sneezing...yes he was wearing a mask but it was really gross and unhygenic in my opinion. Then the two guys made a joke saying he needed to "switch meths" referring to the drugs that typically help with allergies or cold/flu medicine. This was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. The fourth and last thing that made me have such a negative experience is literally 15 minutes after I left the salon I had to go back because the nail polish on my acrylics had already smudged and dented....typically a nail salon shouldn't send you on your way if you weren't safe to do normal everyday activities!! And all i had done was go shopping....when I went back to get it fixed they told me the guy that had done my nails was at the hospital...this makes me concerned because he was sniffling and sneezing all over me!!!!! Everything started off fine. I went with my sister to get a full set and a pedicure while she got a mani pedi. Bobby, who did my nails knew that we had to visit family because we came here from kansas (that was the main topic of conversation) after our pedicures, we started our manicures, or course my sister would get done first because she was only getting paint. but she ended up waiting a extra hour after she got done just for this guy to do my acryllics that should only take 45 minutes tops. Not to mention he cut every single one of my fingers, and was purposly taking so long cause he was avoiding the person he had a appointment with. It took me 3 hours just to get a pedicure and full set. My sisters nails looked pathetic and they were way overpriced for what it was. Read Less
