My daughter and I went for a pedicure & acrylics and we won't be going back. First of all, they didn't even keep us together! The guy that did my pedicure wasn't even paying attention to what he was doing (not to mention taking his glasses on & off - if you can't see why are you doing nails??) and while filing 1 of my toenails he had the file at a wonky angle and was filing m skin off - made me bleed! Didn't apologize or anything! Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted a design or what kind of pedicure I wanted. My acrylics need to be filled after only 3 days!!! The guy doing my acrylics was nice enough but kept commenting how busy they got at that time so I felt like he was rushing. I just got one of the worst manicures of my life done at Top Nails... I got a dip manicure with tips and not only were my nails left bumpy and bubbly, one of my thumb nails was filed a good centimeter shorter than my other thumb nail! I was very concerned about hygiene when looking for a salon and when I walked into top salon it was clean looking and thought I was safe. However, they used the same file and buffer as the previous client and I didn’t see an enclave or sterilization anywhere. Also they did nothing to my nails except file and polish them. Didn’t work on my cuticles at all, left polish on my skin and missed a lot of my nail. I found out later that my friend got a fungus after going there. Looking for a great salon. Came in here with a friend for pedis. There was a lack of communication about which pedi we wanted. I told the person doing mine, so I was charged right price, but my friend was charged more, yet her pedi was done 20 min. before me. We went to pay and one one the employees(owner?) Came out of nowhere and was making sure we paid that 30 bucks. My polish was old so it never dried. Awful experience. I went in to get a shellac manicure and a pedicure. The guy cut my nails way too short and even cut the skin under one of my nails causing it to bleed. He also put on way too many coats of paint and my nails look awful. During my pedicure, he would clip my cuticles and ask me each time he did it if it hurt or not to make sure he wasn’t cutting my skin. When he was done I went to dry my toes under the dryer. Within a couple minutes he told me I was done and to get my shoes on and pay. I told him that I didn’t think my toes were dry yet, but he insisted. When I get home to remove my shoes, my pedicure is ruined because like I had thought, my toes were not dry yet. Will not be back. Terrible experience. Read Less

This place is amazing! Sophia does my nails every time I go in. I’ve never had a nail applied crooked, never had bleeding around the cuticles, and the wait time is always short! I have a great time when I come in and I recommend this place to everyone. Read Less

This is honestly one of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon. My nail tech was very professional and mixed the nail colors to give me a perfect color for my nails. The manager was especially nice, even after I got confused about my bill, I will definitely be returning! Read Less

I want with a friend the woman doing my toenails was making fun of them to everyone around us! I asked her to do lots of removing a skin she did none! Then I ask for St Patrick's Day colors and Design and it looks like Christmas threw up all over my feet! Worst experience EVER! the guy(dave) scrubbed the back of my heels so hard that 1 bled! How he didn't notice,to then go and scrub the other raw also! It hurts to even wear shoes now! Were do i begin with this review. Well lets start out with saying yes im a man and i get pedicures with color on my nails. But with that said as a guy with not much experiance with other Salon's and there design abilities its hard for me to give a good review for this company. Just take what i say with a grain of salt. So i have been going to this Nail Salon every 2 weeks for the past 2 months and have had pedicures from every employee that works there. From what i experienced None of them know how to do a good design. I typically keep my feet really clean as well as my nails but every time i go in there even if its just me getting a pedicure and i show them a picture of exactly what i want they seemed confused and end up having to discuss it with another employee. Then when they finally finished with the design they made is almost always wrong or poorly done. If you want a basic color they can do that perfectly but i recommend if your adamantly trying to get a design go to another Salon. But other then that its not to bad of an experiance. They take there time to give me a pedicure and seem to care about your experiance. There chairs are kinda stiff but i can deal with it lol. Went in to my favorite nail salon today & my guy Te hooks me up every time I go in, but today he took it to a whole new level! He tried out their new metallic polish and their new glitter then hooked me up with that mermaid design with some beautiful swarovski crystals! I will forever and always recommend Top Nails and spa in Cedar Falls! My mom and I went there tonight to get our nails like we have been for the past 4 years and it started raining super hard to the point the lights were flickering off and on.... the lights eventually went off and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked around to everyone else... they other people that were working in the store whipped out their phones and turned the flashlights on and held them above the people that were doing the nails and everyone continued to work... We used to go here all the time because we has great service. After our experience yesterday, I won't be returning. We had 3 pedicures and a 2 year old who needed to just have her toes painted. I was told that would be ok. After they started the lady doing mine said "is she going to hold still to have her toes painted." That wouldn't have been bad but she was really snotty about it. I told her she would so when my mom was done she was going to hold my daughter to have her toes painted and they said no they wouldn't do it. There is a guy and the girl who did my pedicure who were so rude. My two year old did not deserve to be treated like that. She cried and we ended up painting her toes at home. Read a bunch of great reviews for this place so decided to give it a try this morning. Tony was polite and nice as a person but his work on my manicure and pedicure were very poor. It just went through the motions while hurrying me out the door. It was not busy and I was the second customer of the day. I do have short nails but he left polish on my skin instead of cleaning it up around the nail. Hardly did anything to my cuticles that they look like I didn't have a manicure done at all. I had to explain matte top coat that he applied in a way that left bubbles and showed the streaks. I was very upset that I had to pay for the poor experience. I'm a bit late on the review, but I got my nails done Saturday, January 28th, and it was totally last minute but they didn't mind at all! It was for my birthday! They helped me decide what kind of nails I wanted, I originally came for acrylic but left with dip powder nails. They stayed a half an hour late for me and were really sweet!
