I wanted to try some place new, so I went here for a pedi today but was not pleased. The lady that I talked to on the phone and that greeted me when I walked in was very nice. However the lady that actually did my nails wasn't friendly at all. She was quite bossy and rude. I was happy with my toes though when it was all said and done, until an hour later I looked down at my toes and 3 of my nails were smudged. Really? I waited 10 mins for them to dry before leaving...so I'm very upset that they are already ruined. Will not be going back. Read Less

So I thought I'd stop in on my way to grocery store and being New to Davenport I'm looking for somewhere to get regular pedicures and now know this is not the place. My technician got up 3 times to check her phone while I was in middle of pedicure, they reuse the pumice stone and " cheese grater" without sterilizing, and I had the worst foot massage ever ( even after I asked her to run harder). They put people in chair soaking in water for up to 20 minutes before they get to them. Oh well I'll keep searching. Read Less

Nice salon, nice staff, the technician was verrrry slow though, I asked for a specific shape, showed her a picture and came out w a different nail shape, I'm a pretty laid back person though so I didn't complain but the next time I went in there I asked them to change to shape, showed a picture again, and was charged I think $10 for them to basically just file them differently , they broke off and cracked within days Read Less

I had the worst pedicure I have ever had yesterday. My toenails were dug into and cut so short there is raw skin. My toes hurt today and look terrible. The edges were not filed and left sharp on the corners as well. I will never go back!!! Read Less

Horrible pedicure!!! The lady doing my toenails cut them completely curved and too short so now I have to worry about an ingrown toenail. Then after she was done she looked at me and asked "do you have cash for a tip?" Are you kidding me? I came here instead of my usual place because it's closer to my house, but I very much so regret that decision. Read Less

Had appointment for my daughter and myself. Waited 35 minutes. Finally 2 people came to us once I said we were leaving. Hurried through once we had their attention. Messed up my nail polish and had to fix. Than mess up daughters also and acted irritated for their flub up. Left us sitting there and went to next client. Asked if they had the drying lights and was told no. Finally asked for the flip flops to leave. Was so looking forward to some relaxation with my daughter and instead was stressed. Normally when I walk into a nail salon I'm greeted very politely but here I walked in and the guy who I'm assuming is the owner could not even answer any of my questions. Probably the worst nail experience my Mom and I have ever had. I'm 31 and visiting her from Atlanta. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience ended with disappointment. We both requested the $38 NU Pedicure which is supposed to be 45 minutes in length. Although my Mom was charged the extra $10, her pedicure ended in the normal 45 minutes instead of 55. Plus her nail technician was rude. My nail tech wanted to spend her time watching days of our lives instead of focusing on my pedicure. She did not leave the callous remover on, spent about 30 seconds with the tool that removes the dead skin, and while she was applying the scrub and other products there was barely any pressure being applied. The tech was so bad I told her to skip the extra 10 min and just do the normal massage. Fast forward to check out. My mom's nail tech checked us out. She was so rude. My mom asked for cash back for the tip and the tech instead took all the cash we requested back and walked off. We felt so uncomfortable and upset at this point. We tipped about half of what we normally would have tipped, but they didn't even deserve that. I feel sickened that we gave them over $100 of our money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I hate straying from my usual nail salon because whenever I go somewhere new, it's so hit or miss and most times it's a miss. A few people from work have been here and recommended it so when I was next door at Starbucks I figured what the hell, let's try. They were relatively busy but there wasn't a wait at all. I picked out a new color and headed over to the chair. The nail tech was able to get the shellac that I already had on quickly. Over all, it was a decent experience. It was quick, she was polite enough and my nails look good. No complaints! And the price was just a $2 difference from where I normally go. I definitely feel comfortable coming here more often! I've been here three times. The first two were wonderful! I was offered a drink and the service was wonderful; last time I went the manicurist got a little too excited when doing my cuticles and I ended up bleeding on 3 different fingers. Pedicures have always been done well and they massage your feet/legs for a good amount of time.The wait is a little long, but the location is great since it is next to a Starbucks! I picked this location from the reviews and am sadly disappointed.  It was the fastest manicure ive ever had (15mins, polish included) and felt rushed.  The staff was kind but not busy in the least.  I asked for shellac on my natural nails, when i noticed my nails being buffed was when i saw the bottle was not shellac but went ahead with it.  The quality of the result was bad then chipped after 3 days and now only a week post, my thumb nail has manage to split too far down to cut and split the polish as if it wasnt gel.  Im not aware of quality for other services but if you are looking for a gel polish, i would not recommend this salon.  This is not my first experience with gel but is my first bad experience with it. After reading some favorable reviews of this place, I decided to try it out after having a couple of frustrating experiences with my normal place. Overall, I'm glad I did and have been back several times for shellac manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly when you walk in, but could be friendlier when they sit down to do your pedicure. Most of the time, they have failed to even say "hello" or introduce themselves and just get right to work on your feet. I'm not chatty by any means and prefer not to talk during my pedicures, but a cordial hello is always nice. The only other major complaint I have is that they like to incorporate the removal and application of shellac while you are doing your pedicure. I hate this. When I'm getting a pedicure I like to turn on that massage chair, read and relax. But with the foil wrapped all over your fingers to soak off the shellac reading becomes impossible and then to have to have someone working on your fingernails towards the end of your pedicure also takes away from the relaxation. I wish they would simply ask if you are in a hurry that day. They could offer to do the service during your pedicure if so. Otherwise, I have to believe that most people would prefer to be left alone during the pedicure to enjoy it and then move to the manicure stations for their hands. I'm sure they like to do this this way because it helps get people in and out faster which is better for their bottom line, unless they want to offer me a discount on services, I'd prefer to enjoy both separately and in full. While these two things are negative, I promise the rest of it is all good. Wonderful pedicures with nice long massages at end and the shellac always looks flawless and they have about 100 shellac colors to choose from. My shellac with manicure and pedicure comes to about $58 without tip. I will continue to go back and just ask them to do my shellac services separate. Enjoy! Read Less

I took my younger sister here for her first manicure. She was nervous and really excited, and the nail technicians worked really hard to make her experience really great. The staff was very friendly and were very thorough,making sure that each nail looked perfect before moving on to the next. They opened new, sterilized packages for both me and my sisters nails, and even added a little nail art for my sister...a sweet and thoughtful touch. The facilities were clean and stylish. I hate picking new nail salons, because it's so hit-or-miss.  I really wish there were more reviews for this area, because there's a LOT of choices, yet they are all just blind selections, with no idea what I'm getting myself into until I walk in the door.  I chose this one because I have a friend who said she'd been here before.  And... It was a good choice.Nice place, with several manicure tables and 12 of the spa pedicure seats... which is one of my favorite things about getting a pedicure.  They got my daughter and I in promptly for an appointment when we called on Mother's Day to ask if they had openings.  While there, four more people came in, and they were all able to get seated right away.  To that end, they were understaffed, so nobody was seen particularly promptly, but it was still not too bad... the workers were very nice, and they were very apologetic that they could not get to everyone right away.  Unlike other places (where they've seated me and then ignored me when there was no way to get to me right away), they at least acknowledged the delay, and they made sure to periodically remind the people waiting that they had not been forgotten.The setup was very nice, and I noticed they opened a new set of tools for each client.My toes look great, as do my daughter's toes... And just FYI, The cost for two spa pedicures, before tip, was $53.  (This place may say "Spa" in its name, but honestly I have no idea what they might offer besides nail care... Personally, I think they may have named it that because of the "spa" pedicures... cuz really it looks like a typical nail salon.)Edited to add: I am curious to know why anyone would label the place as "racist"... They seem nice to everyone. Unless of course they are talking negatively in Vietnamese, but honestly that could be happening at most any nail place for all I know, since I don't speak it...
