I've been getting my nails done regularly for years. My shellac manicure normally lasts 3 weeks without any chips, breaking, etc. Two days after coming here, my nails are already chipping. They feel very thin & weak. Not to mention, the salon looked & felt very unhygienic. Read Less

Very friendly but needs work on servicing customers. Waited 15 minutes to get serviced and not a big deal I was good with that but then once I was called, was 15 minutes into getting my nails done and the lady excused herself to wait on another customer to wax her eyebrows. Waited another 15 minutes. She finally came back to me finished my nails and was there an hour and a half. To staff, when you're waiting on one customer you should finish them up first before waiting on the next. My time is just as important as yours I shouldn't have to wait for others. Not my fault you were short staffed. Nails were just ok ended up with one crooked nail. Spent $58. Will not return. Read Less

They use dirty towels. In fact the one they put on my lap had someone else's skin on it!!!! Ewwwww! The girl cut me :( and it smells very strong in there to the point where it makes you nauseous. Never going there again! By far the worst experience in the QC. Too bad because the people are really nice. Read Less

Great location! Loved the service here! I walked in and they were able to accommodate me right away! Mai was the nail professional who fixed my bad acrylic fill from another salon. She got me in and out and the nails looked better than ever when I was done. I love that they use a UV top coat I can't stand sitting waiting for them to dry. Also it was clean and they had TONS of polish to choose from which is great! Everyone was friendly. They knew every customers name that came in while I was sitting there. I have never had other services here but will get a pedi here next time. I will definitely be a regular here and would recommend going to them!..especially for acrylic nails since that's what I was in for. Read Less
