I received a fresh set, I requested just a overlay I asked Andy if he could extend the overlay out he responded that’s old school, their shop doesn’t do that and that he can only put on the fake nails.. I reluctantly complied. I also got a pedicure.. that was also mediocre, if you are not getting the pedicure they request .. you can forget about getting a descent pedicure. I also have never received a full set(gel) and the nail polish chips and the nail begins to lift into the 2nd week of being done.. the products were garbage and service was mediocre.. safe to say I will not be back. I got a full set of acrylic nails. I told the lady the shape and length I wanted and she didn't do either one the way I wanted it. It's not even been two weeks and I've had 5 nails just fall off. I had a manicure done today. The two ladies there proceeded to talk about me and my friends in another language right in front of us even after we made a comment about it. When filing my nails they were really rough and a few times I visibly pulled my hand away because they were scratching my skin. At one point my finger started to bleed where my cuticle was because they were so rough. At the end they finished my nails and the edges were uneven and sloppy. I believe they have the capability of doing a good job but didn't. I would not go here. Bad customer service and bad quality. Waste of money and time. Read Less

I was in 8 days ago for a fill. The work was decent at first but my nails looked liked they needed to be redone within 4 days. While I got in quickly they did not go close enough to the cuticle and now my nails are chipping because they need to be redone. I can usually go 2-2.5 weeks at any other place but not so much at this place. I most likely will drive back to my old spot in Greenfield even though this place would be more convenient. Read Less

The prices are great compared to some of the salons in Milwaukee and they do such a good job! I have really horrible cuticles (I'm a nail biter) and they spend so much time and effort making my nails look clean and beautiful! Love them! Read Less

Why I can't chose none star one ,This nail place is best horrible place I have been ever.today is my first time Icame to here, because I want waxing and eyebrows,there have two employees here,they began saw me walking in ,no any greeting,no any friendly. i told to the lady who help me do my eyebrows,I said just clean,but finally I found my eyebrows one is much thinner then the other one,even I want waxing my lips,she look like no pay attention at all .when she said really I check it ,I found it's no cleaned at all so ,I have to ask her do one more time,generation,horrible place horrible altitude,if someone want to try ,you can try Read Less

Not a good experience. Not even an adequate or mediocre experience. It was okay while it was just myself and one other person in the shop, but once 5 other people came in, the 2 clerks could not keep up and insisted on servicing everyone at once. The quality of work quickly went down. I walked away with with blobby and partially painted nails. The lady who was working on my nails lacked attention to detail, and was not careful in her application. I will never go back to this place again. Read Less
