I love the cut and color work Tyson does for me. His skills get the cut I want and he's willing to cut it short! Most stylist struggle cutting a woman's hair as short as I like it. I always get compliments on the finished product too. Makes me feel good! Read Less

I received a 120 minutes massage as a birthday gift . I was greeted as soon as I arrived , and filled out some paperwork. They offered me coffee, which was very good. The massage therapist discussed my forms with me , and we headed back. It was a full 120 minutes and she focused on my neck and shoulders as I had indicated . The room was quiet and peaceful. Always a risk trying something new. My husband got me a surprise 90 min massage for our anniversary. I got their early, wasn't greeted when we walked in. The massage therapist took me back 5 minutes after my appointment started. She says 'this is my room, have you face down' 'any questions?' The massage was good but I wrote down that I wanted her to focus on my neck because I get migraines. She literally spent 15 seconds on my neck. Yes, I did actually count. Came here with my best friend for a girls day out!Had their stress buster package with a one hour massage, one hour facial, manicure, and pedicure. It was so worth it. Nearly 4.5 hours of melting away the stress. The massage was fantastic as was the relaxing facial!! I have never had either and my first experience was great!! We were offered wines, coffee, and water. All of the staff was wonderful!! Everything was super clean and calming!! I will definitely be back to have another relaxing girls day!!! Read Less

NOTE: I've only been to LaLa Salon twice and only for the haircut service.   Thus far, I've had an excellent experience. Both times, the front desk was attentive and immediately offered a beverage (wine, soda, etc.) as I waited for my turn (I arrived 15 min early). They have a typical sized hair product inventory, including travel sizes which I appreciate. The salon has been very clean each time. The decor is tasteful and products were neatly arranged.  Jess has listened to my wishes and talked me through a few ideas I was toying with regarding my cut. She offered suggestions but ultimately deferred to my preferences. Both times I have been very happy with my cut, which is amazing considering I'm OCD about my hair. She is both knowledgeable and skilled. I'm looking forward to trying out additional services in the near future. I've tried Lala Salon twice now. Once for a massage and once for a manicure. The people are very friendly and helpful. They offer a complimentary beverage which is nice. The massage I had was ok but the masseuse was noisy when moving around the room. I would start to relax and then be startled by a chair rolling or her moving. She also left bruises on my arm because she kept pinching my skin between her hands and the table.I also tried Lala for a shellac manicure. The shellac began to peel less than 48 hours later. Within 4 days, every nail had peeled off. The person who did my nails also kept telling me she was looking for a different job. Would not go back. Read Less

The service! It is refreshing to enter into a salon where the stylist work together. I enjoy getting my hair redesigned by Jessica Livingston but I also like how Tyson and Jessica work together with clients. When you leave you know you have the best color and cut for your personality , hair type, and face shape. The experience is truly a highlight of my month. Plus when I go back to work I get showered with compliments. My son is getting married in October and I know where I am going to make my hair look fabulous.
