I have had my nails done at many, many places in Ankeny & CN Nails was the absolute best experiences I’ve had. Ever. The facility is clean, the staff are incredibly friendly & attentive, and their work is impeccable. Amy was my technician and she really listened to me and provided suggestions. I absolutely LOVE my nails! And the icing on the cake...they all speak English and spoke to me and the other guests instead of excluding us by talking amongst themselves in a different language. This is the first time I've ever left a review- but I feel like I definitely should. I went to CN's to get a manicure over the weekend and was a little nervous to try a new place, because I've gotten manicures (elsewhere of course) where they're not always an enjoyable experience... the stings when your cuticles get cut too much are the WORST! Or when you feel like the process is really rushed. This was not my experience at all at CN's. Sarah was the gal that did my manicure, and she was beyond amazing! I wanted to try a new color and she was extremely patient and helpful with choosing. She did not rush anything, and made sure I was happy with how she shaped my nails.
