Have gone here many times to get nails done. Went there today and they look horrible. I asked for square nails and got oval. I came home and took the polish off and re-did the polish at home as it looked like a little kid did it. Not impressed! Read Less

I have been coming here a long time. This particular day, I brought my 8-year-old granddaughter with me. I got a pedicure. The woman cut on the sides of my nailbeds which drew blood. She hurried through the pedicure and my toes were not polished well, had to go back over to her to fix. When another girl brought me back to her she said, oh, they are fine. When I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she said, "oh you tell me this to do, you tell me that to do". Isnt that what customer service is for? Im paying for it right? She didn't use while product while she "exfoliated" by feet. It is the next morning now and my feet feel the same way they did when I went there yesterday. Then, my granddaughter had a pedicure. It was Fall, right before Halloween. Lady did not know how to draw a pumpkin and let alone a leaf to put on her nail and stopped in the middle of doing her nails, spoke to the other co-workers in their language and then came back and told me, oh, this is $5, this is $5. I told her, I understand that, let her have what she wants. Was treated VERY rudely and when I left, I asked for the manager's phone number, in which I was told to call the store back (after talk among themselves, in their language) and laughing amount themselves. I will NEVER go back here again and suggest that you don't either. They do NOT clean their basins for pedicures which I just happened to notice yesterday ( yeah, I know). Never go back again. Please don't go here. I went because they are a couple bucks cheaper than the other salons. I got a full set for 26$, they aren't even, the polish was on my skin and after 3 days 2 nails have broken off. As nice as they were the man who did mine needs more practice. Just pay the extra few dollars and go somewhere else to get a bang for your buck. Read Less
