I would not recommend this nail salon. The employees switch around so much that it makes the service more slow. They are not very attentive when giving pedicure. The water was cold and they never checked the water or asked. My pedicure wasn't enjoyable. The price is average , which is good. But will not be back

I went to this shop for the first time yesterday and Ann was amazing , super friendly and super quick . I moved back to Indy 4 months ago and she's the first person That's has got my nails perfect they're smooth and even . She was also very quick . They all seemed friendly and noticed they knew some customers by name . My cousin came with me and she only got a polish change but she told me how nice her tech was and she said her polish color was cute and put on evenly

Terrible. The lady rushed so much while doing my acrylics. Took her ten minutes to do them. She didn't even cover my whole nail and after three days of having them on I already needed them filled badly. Also, there were lines randomly in my nails as well. Very very disappointed and will never go back. Sadly, i went the day before my prom and had to keep them on also.

My gel set was done quickly and rushed. It was uneven, I had acrylic under and around each nail, and bubbles in each nail. When I went to get them taken off (I presumed soaked) I was told that takes ...
My gel set was done quickly and rushed. It was uneven, I had acrylic under and around each nail, and bubbles in each nail. When I went to get them taken off (I presumed soaked) I was told that takes too long and they were cut and RIPPED off VERY painfully, resulting in my nails being ripped and BLEEDING. When I asked to stop and soak them to soften them because it was so painful, they said they couldn't because it would still take too long.They put a clear coat on it and charged me $10.

Always courteous & professional with a pleasant atmosphere! Convenient location. Prices are inline with other salons in the surrounding area.

The lady who did my nails barely said a word, and I could have done them better myself. I paid $35 for a gel manicure, that had air bubbles and black spots. One of my thumb nails was actually uneven...
The lady who did my nails barely said a word, and I could have done them better myself. I paid $35 for a gel manicure, that had air bubbles and black spots. One of my thumb nails was actually uneven, and she made a snide comment about a couple of my nails that had broken and were shorter than the others. Definitely will not be going back.

This salon was recommended to me. I've been there once during a very busy time. Ann did the fill on my acrylic nails, and she was ridiculously fast! I've had the nails for going on 3 weeks, and they are in great shape (other than grown out). I have been to several nail salons in the greater Indy area, and Ann is one of the best. I will be back! I didn't give it a 5 only because I enjoy the occasional artwork on my nails, and I don't know that she would be able to do much. I had to describe the method used to decorate my nails that I had when going into have the fill, and she seemed completely oblivious to the stamping technique that had been used.

I would not recommend this nail salon. The employees switch around so much that it makes the service more slow. They are not very attentive when giving pedicure. Terrible. The lady rushed so much while doing my acrylics. Took her ten minutes to do them. She didn't even cover my whole nail and after three days of having them on I already needed them filled badly. Also, there were lines randomly in my nails as well. This salon was recommended to me. I've been there once during a very busy time. Ann did the fill on my acrylic nails, and she was ridiculously fast! I've had the nails for going on 3 weeks, and they are in great shape (other than grown out). I have been to several nail salons in the greater Indy area, and Ann is one of the best. I will be back!
