Really AWFUL service and qualitu. My childs grandfather took her to get her nails done 2 days ago. They did not get even nail color on the tips, the lengths are completely uneven, they did not push cuticles back, or trim natural nails. I took photos because I was shocked. I called the shop to ask if they could be redone and the man that answered claimed it had been weeks since my child visited (not true.) He claimed to remember doing her nails (but it was a lady so that isn't true.) Then he said she got her nails done somewhere else after he completed them.
We just wanted the uneven lengths and color on tips corrected not even asking for money back. Instead of customer service and accountability for a rushed job, he attempted to gaslight me amd called me a liar. The nails in this picture are 2 days old, you can tell because the acrylic still goes to the top of nail bed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ACCUSE FOR A NAIL SALON.

Fantastic experience AND they have DND polish! The nail techs were super friendly and fun to talk to. They did an excellent job with my nails (acrylic with gel and also a pedicure) and listened to my requests (i.e. could you please trim them shorter, could I get extra nail glue please?) Also, they have a selection of the DND polish, which is the same color in both gel and regular so that that toes and fingers can match!)

I also got my eyebrows waxed this last time and she did an awesome job, especially giving me a really nice arch, which I've been to several places here and no one has.been able to do a better job!! 🙋🏽👍🏽

Every time I go in here, the employees talk unprofessionally with customers. Not only that but they clearly don't appreciate your business. They used to do an excellent job but if you don't call ahead...
Every time I go in here, the employees talk unprofessionally with customers. Not only that but they clearly don't appreciate your business. They used to do an excellent job but if you don't call ahead to make an appointment, their work reflects how irritated they are with you. If walk ins are not truly welcome then take the sign off the door saying walk ins are welcome!

Really AWFUL service and qualitu. My childs grandfather took her to get her nails done 2 days ago. They did not get even nail color on the tips, the lengths are completely uneven, they did not push cuticles back, or trim natural nails. I took photos because I was shocked.
