Staff was extremely friendly and it's a nice atmosphere but the mani/pedi I received was a complete waste of money. The nail polish was old and took about 3-4 hours to fully dry because of something she added to it to make it go on smoother. The edges of my fingernails were not smooth, and already looked like it had been on for weeks. She clipped so much on my cuticles that I had a toe and several fingers bleeding. I don't have very many positive things to say about this place. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I can be picky, but I can also recognize a bad manicure when I get one. Right away it was too fast. I appreciate efficiency , but not when it's achieved sloppily. There were several things I asked them to fix while I sat in the chair, and I still left knowing they are going to look bad when they grow out. They weren't blended in to my natural nail. I got gel polish. I can't stand chips and gel works best for me. The polish they took off was 2 weeks old and not a single chip. Four hours after getting home, the polish on one finger had peeled half way off. Within 48 hours , I have 4 fingers that have chipped polish . I called and asked them if I could come in and have them repaint them. I didn't want to drive 25 minutes, but I also hate having paid $33 for a manicure that looks weeks old after 48 hours. They would not commit to the repaint, free of charge, over the phone. Ultimately, I've decided to leave them as is and pay another salon for a new fill well before I should have to get one. I went here to get a french manicure for a wedding and they did a horrible job! The manicurist was very rough and hurt my fingers. The tips were placed halfway down my finger and crooked! And my left thumbnail wound up being 1/4" longer than my right! I will never go back here again! Read Less

Very disappointed with my third appointment here. They were swamped with walk ins so my scheduled manicure with gel polish was a rushed color change only. And a sloppy job that won't last 48 hours. This was my first pedicure ever!! I have to say it was amazing!! The gentleman that did my pedi was very gentle when he saw my scars on my right foot. The massage chairs were so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. Looking forward to going back again. Read Less

This place is so calm and inviting! I was able to sit right down and the technician was so friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I wanted. Very clean and serene. AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!!I took my MIL here for a mani/pedi treat. This was her very FIRST pedi and I went with high hopes that she would enjoy it... and she did! The salon is very clean and relaxing and all of the staff is fantastic. We got a mani/pedi and it was only $38. The pedi was almost as good as the pedis I pay $55 for! I went to OP Nails after I saw a woman's nails at the store and asked her where she went. I'm newer to town and rarely, like never, get my nails done. I wanted a shellac/gel manicure on my natural nail and a regular pedicure before going to a wedding. I have never had shellac before but really LOVE the results. 5 days later my nails still look as great as the day I got them done regardless of dishes, laundry, work, etc. The usual things that ruin any normal polish job.Interior is nice and the staff was friendly. Walk-ins or appointments and they accept cash or credit. Prices were very reasonable. For a shellac manicure and a normal pedicure with polish, I payed about $55. Very satisfied with my nails and will certainly be back to OP Nails again. Read Less
