Make sure you say full acrylics because I did not and got a French tip looking acrylics. The lady who did my nails took a long time, so long that my friend ,who started after me, was done before and the guy who did hers was almost done with his second customer. The nails were wide and super thick. I still have some product stuck under my nails but if you file it down I believe you can get them to what you want. Read Less

They're great at the designs they do and whatnot, but man are they ever salty. I get that doing nails probably isn't your life's passion, but come on. If it's that bad, just leave and pursue a different career, because being incredibly rude and straight up fighting with your customers isn't going to win you business. They'll also talk down to you the entire time they're doing your nails, I really don't get why, but unless you want to feel incredibly uncomfortable and slightly angry/offended whilst getting your nails done, avoid this place lol. Absolutley terrible! A friend & I had went there the other day. My friend & I were getting pedicures & fills. 1st thing was pedi. The guy doing mine did not speak English & could not understand what I wanted even with me showing him a picture. It was a basic French tip. The owner than walks up & precedes to tell me He was just here visiting so he put him to work...the "visiting pedicure guy scratched up my right leg with a file & left paint all over my toes. Not to mention the French tips were Terriably uneven. Ohk so moving toward this same guy was going to attempt to fill my nails. While taking the polish off using his drimil of course he burned everyone of my fingers! By this point I was DONE! I pulled my hands away & told him he was burning me. I'm very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I came in for a full set and told the man that I wanted stiletto nails. I even showed him a picture. I wanted them short, but pointed at the tip. Instead, he cut them long and rounded the tip. I wanted a dark blue polish and got a medium blue instead. The man doing my nails also kept smacking my hand as a way of telling me to relax. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Don't buy gift certificates from this place. Hubby bought me one on December 13th, 2015 and was told it was good for 6 months (which the certificate has all these dates and indicates it's good for 6 months) WELL! Tried to make an appointment today to use it and was told it was expired! I'm sorry, December 13th - June 13th makes 6 months!!!! Probably the best place in Ottawa to get gel nails. Honestly, the quality, efficiency and just everything was spot on. They really know what they're doing, very precise. Beautiful girl with tattoos is a BOSS at her job.... However everyone else that works there are great. Will definitely be going again that's for sure! Read Less

Amazing place especially if you love gems and designs! They have a variety of options and every time I showed a picture of what I wanted, they were able to do it!
