I decided to try this nail salon because I had heard very good things about their business. The staff was very friendly, but when they cut my nails to do my acrylics they didn't file them to make them even so they would all grow out the same (my nails were left in a point). Also, my acrylics and gel only took 30 minutes (way too quick). They were not smoothed out, very boxy, bulky, and square, and cut way too short! I was not happy about paying almost $40 for something I wasn't pleased with! Very unfortunate.

If I was desperate, I'd go back. Asked if they did a deluxe pedicure and he didn't know. The other person working said yes and handed him another lotion. I am all about the massage, it sucked. To put it blantantly, it was like he was jacking off my leg. My pedicure took 20 minutes. Manicure was basic, my nails are already long and I had asked for him to keep them rounded and not square them off. Apparently he assumed I wanted them short. So now I have short nails that I didn't ask for. He didn't do a good job with applying gel polish. I have dark spots and transparent spots on my nails. Wanted a third coat but he didn't do it. When I paid, he tossed my card on the counter back to me. Overall, it took maybe 40 minutes for everything.
Maybe I am a mani/pedi snob. I have had pedis last anywhere from 45 minutes (basic) to 2 hours from people who took their time and didn't rush through. I guess I shouldn't really have high hopes for small areas in the Midwest.

DO NOT GO!!! Very unsanitary. They did not clean the pedi bowls between customers. No disinfectant was used. They also used the same nail file on everyone. If you have experienced the same please...
DO NOT GO!!! Very unsanitary. They did not clean the pedi bowls between customers. No disinfectant was used. They also used the same nail file on everyone. If you have experienced the same please report them to the state. Gives nail salons a bad name.

I decided to try this nail salon because I had heard very good things about their business. The staff was very friendly, but when they cut my nails to do my acrylics they didn't file them to make them even so they would all grow out the same (my nails were left in a point). Also, my acrylics and gel only took 30 minutes (way too quick). They were not smoothed out, very boxy, bulky, and square, and cut way too short! I was not happy about paying almost $40 for something I wasn't pleased with! Very unfortunate.
