Wish I could give it zero stars! Ridiculous! First they were not even there when the store hours said they were open. I asked to have my toes painted. A young lady hugged and puffed the entire time like I was bothering her for being there. Didn't even get the last coat of paint off before trying to apply next coat. She was very aggravated and rude. She was too busy staring outside at passerbys that she was hurting me. I literally got up and walked out barefoot. Please do not go to this girl. No one bothered to even ask what happened or why I was walking out mid-pedi. So i would not recommend this place. Read Less

The pedicure was very good, I would give that by itself 4 stars and that's why I ended up with a two instead of a one. The fill I got was horrible. The tech kept hurting me, even after after I told her that I had sensitive/thin nails and that it hurt; she did not lower the speed or pressure of the machine. She kept pushing down my cuticles with her nail and it still (over an hour later) is sore. She made me bleed as well. I've been getting acrylics for around 10 years now and it has never hurt other than an occasional pinch or poke; I've never experienced the entire experience hurting. It also took a really long time, I would guess over an hour just for the fill. I was there for over two hours altogether. If you you're going just for a pedicure, definitely recommend. Went here to get a gel manicure for a wedding that I was in and will NEVER be back! The worst manicure I have ever received! The gel paint was all over the ends and sides of my fingers and looked like a 5 year old had done them. She kept layering on the paint and ended up with globs on my nails. I may not be a pedi/mani expert but u do know what I like. I have lived all over the world and have experienced a lot of Nail Salons. I was not impressed. I couldn't find what services they offered nor did they ask if I wanted any type of up grade (which I would have gone for). The mani was subpar, spent less than 10 minutes on it. My pedi...well my toes look pretty, but I could have done that myself. The massage was timed and it was 5 minutes for both legs. Bottom line is I can do everything myself (polish, pumice), I go for the massage because massaging your own legs and feet is no fun. All they did was run the hand up and down my shin, enclose their hands around my foot and rub up and down and then pull my toes while talking to the worker next to her. I won't go back. If I spend $50 on a service, at least put effort into it. Read Less

This place is hands down the best place to get a pedicure! I've never had a bad experience and they always make sure to ask if the water is just right whereas some other places ask you to sit down and never check on you. I don't usually post reviews but had the worst nail experience here yesterday. I called ahead and they said to rush in so my friend and I could have our nails done at the same time. There was 3 people juggling 6 clients and it took close to 3 hours to get our nails done. I was burnt multiple times by their electric buffer. They were completely unsanitary by doing my nails on a towel that had finger nail clippings all over it. The nail quality is also subpar. Will not return. Only gets 2 starts cause its the cheapest place in town. Read Less

This place is so inconsistent. I felt like only one nail tech really know what she was doing. When I looked at the licenses on the wall, I realized they had the same 2 or 3 names over and over again. I have a feeling not all of the techs are licensed. I've been here a number of times because my friend liked to get her fill-ins here for some reason. I only recall one time my nails came out nice. All the other times my nails came out gunky and would never dry completely. I was not impressed at all. The selection of polish is okay. Try to avoid this place for manicures. I'm never going back.
