Not a fan. Not even a little bit. There was a group of us getting pedicures for a wedding and an appointment had been made here. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate all 7 of us at once, so 3 appointments were made at different times. We were all bummed, although I'm not sure why we didn't choose to make appointments elsewhere.+ I came in by myself about an hour earlier than my appointment to get a manicure. I did not have to wait long for my walk-in manicure, which I appreciated!- They had a child, maybe 7 or 8 years old, processing the payments! Before the technician began the nail polish application, he asked if I wanted to pay. I wondered if I should add the tip before or after and he said after (sometimes nail salons don't let you enter the tip when you sign your slip, so I usually ask first). I handed him my credit card and he gave it to the little girl. When she brought the slip back, he asked if I had cash for a tip. I said no, that I was hoping to put it on my card. Annoyed, he asked how much I wanted to tip, asked the little girl to give me a refund and then run my card again for the total amount including the tip. - The polish was applied very very thickly with a thick top coat. When I was driving home, I noticed air bubbles(see my picture!) and a crackly appearance on many of my nails. I wish I had paid closer attention while I was at the nail salon so I could've said something, but it wasn't worth driving back to complain about a $12 manicure.- There were two of us with appointments for a 5:15 pedicure. We both showed up at the same time(earlier than the appointment) and there were 4 pedicure chairs open, but for some reason, they would not let us sit next to each other, which we thought was very weird. They insisted that another patron sit between us, even after we tried to explain that we were together. We wanted to talk, but felt rude talking across the lady seated between us.- I had scraped the top of one of my feet earlier in the morning playing with my nephew, but didn't think it would be a huge deal during the pedicure. I was wrong- I mentioned it to my technician and I'm sure I'm crazy, but it honestly seemed like she was rubbing my little scratch with nail polish remover and scrubbing it with the pumice stone on purpose. It hurt like heck!!There are definitely much better nail salons in the area. I won't be coming to Kim's again. Read Less
