If I could give this Salon 100 stars I would!!!This was my very first experience at an IStudio, and it was simply amazing to say the least. My stylist was Caroline Conner. I work 70 hours a week and have one day off. I live in Michigan, so it is about an hour and half drive. Caroline stayed until almost 9:30 pm perfecting my color & cut to make me look like something out of a Vogue Magazine! Her studio felt more like a Spa from the comforting music, to the great advice on products. Was just a delightful experience to say the least. It is great to finally have one stylist to rely on! This was only my third time at Claudia Murray's studio at iStudio, but again, it was awesome. It's great to be in a studio where you aren't bothered by stylists gossiping and people bustling all around you. It's just one-on-one, and Claudia does a fantastic job. I've been coming here for a couple of years and getting my haircut and colored by Heidi Duran. This type of commitment to a stylist is new to me. And it's not because I am hard to please, I just have a difficult schedule. So Heidi is not just good at her craft, she is flexible in her schedule. Prime example is that she has Monday appointments. Monday is my only day off during the week and Saturday appointments cut into my time with my kids. The other reason I like I studios is that there is a high likelihood you will be the only customer in the salon, since each stylist rents out their own room. I always disliked the multi-tasking approach when I went to a a large salon.  While I was getting colored, another client would be getting washed and would move into my chair while my color sets in.  I understand overhead, and the more clients you churn out, the better.  But for me, I'm pretty impatient And it felt my time in the salon was extended with this approach, when I just want to get in and get out. And I like the privacy, and it's not that I'm anti-social but when I have crazy foils in my hair, sometimes I just prefer to cover my grey in peace.  So for a more personalized experience, and by the way, not more expensive, call the talented Heidi Duran at I studios at 219.929.7147 Read Less
