Yesterday was the second time I went to Ibrow. The first time was fine but the lady who took care of us yesterday completely messed up my daughters and my eye brows. My daughter had natural thicker eye brows and she took off more than half of the eyebrow hairs and shaped them horrible. My daughter cried when she got to the car because she has homecoming this upcoming weekend and we won't be able to fix her eyebrows. No eyebrow pencil nor powder can help them. She made my eyebrows so thin and left hairs. She took off too much hair from the front of one of my eyebrows and then made one eyebrow shorter than the other. Worse experience I have ever incurred and I've been getting my eyebrows threading by different shops for 15+ years. I will never ever have that women touch my daughter or my eyebrows again! I normally don't do reviews, however I was so surprised at the amazing results I got from this place that I'm typing this out in my car right after I finished my session with Jolly. I got my eyebrows done, and not only is this place close, it's so incredibly affordable as well. Jolly was nice and we had a good conversation, which is so out of the norm (but in a good way), since I'm so used to sitting in an awkward silence when I go to other places to get my brows done.Read Less

I found out about this place at the World Cultural Festival and had my upper lip threaded for the first time there. I'm allergic to all of the hair removers I've tried, and tweezers just weren't cutting it. I was really nervous, but highly intrigued and am glad I did it!
