Got a gel manicure, with a simple French design in a different color. The manicure took an hour an a half which seemed a bit long. The manicure itself was ok nothing special. The polish was very thick and clumpy and dried with some things stuck in it, it just did not turn out very clean around the edges etc. She used the paraffin wax and it was way too hot and burned my hands. I also got an eyebrow wax which turned out pretty well. However the tools seemed not freshly cleaned which was kind of gross. Read Less

Mimi and the rest of the staff at Cosmo Spa Nails are AMAZING. Its decorated so nicely and everything is kept pristine and sanitary. You can really see how much the owners care about their business and clients. I have had Mimi do my acrylic sets a few times now and she always does a wonderful job. She is so strategic and careful when it comes to her craft. I have never left unhappy. For those wondering, I paid $45 to get a full set and gel polish manicure. I pay $35 for a fill and gel polish. It is $15 for a fill without gel polish, I believe. Their prices are a little on the higher side, but I feel it is totally worth it. Getting your nails done by these amazing people in such a beautiful, clean, welcoming, and well cared for environment is definitely a 5-star experience. Read Less

Very nice place to get manicure and pedicure. They di a great job! Price for no chip mani was $35 which is very reasonable and lasted for 3 weeks. The decor is new, modern, bright and inviting. I like the personal touches they offer such as the Voss water, Perrier, candy/mints and wine. Even the hooks for your purse is a nice touch. Very disappointing! They rushed through my manicure. Not only were my cuticles bleeding from the drill, but also my nail bed because they drilled to hard. Within 24 hours one of my gel nails had fallen off and they were rude about fixing it the next day. Thankfully they fixed it for free. Very disgusting trying to save time by using the same drill bits on the women right next to me after making me bleed with them. Not clean! Will not be returning! Read Less

It really depends on who is working with you. My first time was really good with a professional and friendly technician who did French manicure very nice. I was really excited to find a decent salon close to home. However, on my second visit last week I was assigned to another lady that made the whole experience quite miserable. My manicure and pedicure was done in a haste and rushed manner with technician constantly sniffling and sneezing to the point that I had to ask her to wear a mask as I could sense the droplets in the air. She did not bother to ask me if I like a French manicure line she made, and as it was too thick I had to ask her myself to make it thinner. Besides 'unhappy" face she also gave me a perplexed look as if what I mean by that. I almost wanted to ask her to skip hand massage since that was the most awkward  and unpleasant thing. She was doing that mechanically and paying zero attention that her own long nails were scratching my skin. Needless to say, I couldn't wait for this whole thing to be over. Read Less

You sit down and are immediately offered a Voss water...fancy! Aside from that, EXTREMELY friendly staff, owner remembers regulars' names (even if they aren't his clients), wide selection of colors, variety of services offered, and they all do amazing work!I get a regular polish, acrylic fill ($15) and unlike the normal 2-week life, I can get 3 weeks out of my manicures! Not thrilled with my mani/pedi experience. The pedicure was fine, pretty standard. But through the course of both the mani/pedi experience I was nicked no less than three times when my cuticles were being trimmed-once on my toe and twice on my fingers. I left with a bloody nail, in fact. Additionally, there are more bubbles in the paint than I've ever had. Perhaps, other technicians are better, but I would not recommend the man that did mine. We had such a wonderful experience here. My mom took my visiting grandmothers and I here to get our nails done (no chip manicures) for my brothers wedding and we had an exceptional experience! My first manicure & pedicure ever was here. With a friendly staff that take their time with you, the experience proved to be a good one. I also got the leg massage. I chose a French manicure for both my finger and toe nails. The woman working on me worked hard to perfect it. I was amazed. I got the gloss & so far it has stayed on for a week. A friend of mine has had hers on for a few weeks now. I like the idea of not having to paint my nails over and over.One con.....the price. I ordered the $37 deal. I ended up paying $92 (including tip). Ouch! For that price, I don't see me going back often. If so, I would have to get a much cheaper deal somehow. Read Less
