I went to Color Bar with my girlfriend because it was convenient at the time, but it was a big mistake. After giving the same instructions I always do when getting my hair cut, Cheryl Murphy completely ignored these instructions and gave me a buzz cut. I didn't have time to stick around and deal with it on the spot so I called back later and she hung up on me. I called back once again and received a lot of attitude along with "I don't DO refunds". She needs to stop texting, and work on customer service. The phrase is, "please switch hands"... not tapping on dryer with no eye contact! Took her 20 minutes for a fill. She burned 2 fingers with sander, getting it too deep and hurrying through job. I have been going since their first day of ownership. Unfortunately, its going downhill fast! Too quick from start to finish. She burned the skin on my fingers with sander, then told me to relax my finger....uhmmmm ya!  Said not one word, just tapped where I was to place hands. It took less than 20 minutes for a fill....I did not get full treatment for $30. She kept texting while working, very unprofessional.  Went in for a "Me Time"....came out more stressed! Ugh!
