Awful experience. My friend and I sat with our feet in cold water for 35 mins before we were tended to. I was cut multiple times with the cuticle cutter tool due to the lady turning her head and worrying more about how chaotic everything was. Only got 2 coats of a very light color that needed atleast 3. Nail polish was all around my toenails looking like they were done unprofessionally. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I repeat do not go to them. I was here from Texas visiting my family and needed a fill in. First I felt rushed. Then when she finished I told her my nails where uneven and she kept telling me it’s because I have three coats of polish on which I know is wrong I get my nails done all the time to know that she didn’t even them when she refilled them. Then she had the polish on my nail bed and didn’t even paint the whole nail. I came back the next day to see if someone could fix it and they tried to give me the same lady that did the horrible job in the first place and was going to charge me if I wanted another tech to fix it. First, I asked if there was a wait and was told no. 29 min later I am told to take a chair and soak feet . Water is scalding hot. Lady comes to do nails. no hello no introduction. I ask her name, it's Nala. I told her 6 different times she was too rough or was hurting me. She kept saying she was not it that was the only way. Horrible experience! They weren't customer friendly. They were talking to eachother in their native language the entire time without engaging with the customers. I asked for long nails and the gentleman cut them short and wouldn't fix it. Worst paint job I have ever had. Had to go across the street to OK Nails and they way wonderful fixed my polish and were super friendly. I will never come here again. Read Less

It's partially my fault for staying.... they do not have a good color spectrum at all! They could not do the design I wanted, it was a simple design! You would think a nail salon could do it! I settled for a different color and immediately regretted it. I made them take off the color and left with naked acrylic nails. This place didn't even have the color teal. I see Nagli every two weeks to have my nails done and she does an amazing job and is always pleasant. I used to just get my nails manicured and painted but I use my hands a lot and always chip them within the first day or two. She talked me into getting the Shellac and I was so happy that I have never used regular polish again! Now my nails are beautiful all the time. I have never been disappointed here.Read Less

I received a gift certificate for a pedicure($25) for Christmas. I put it away to save for summer. When i got it out, it had expired. I called and they were very rude.
