They do a great job with your nails and I love they seem to offer more variety then all the other nail shops I've been too. But the staff has never been the most friendly. They haven't been rude or anything, but most other places I've been to the nail techs seem happy and at least try to talk to you a little, ask how you are doing today, ect... But I've never had that here. They usually seem to just talk amongst themselves, seemingly angrily at times. Rarely do I notice smiles. Feels a little awkward often when I go there. Don't waste your money. I have went twice. Awful. First visit was a waste. Got French nails. My nails are natural and they ruined them. Had to have them cut short as the gel they put on was old and wouldn't adhere. Yesterday tried just a simple manicure and paint. She had to use plyers to open bottles. It was old polish and as I did comment she didn't care. Also they need to realize some people speak their language and I sat and listened to the trash talk on customers that were getting pedicures. Clean but you better have time to wait. I checked in at 5:50pm and the woman who was before me had an APPOINTMENT for 5:15pm and was still waiting. I was seated for my pedicure around 6:15 but out of the 5 employees I saw, only 2 of them were doing pedicures. Since they sat 4 people at the same time my service didn't begin until 7:50pm. It's an interesting tactic: let the feet soak so you can scrub less... any way, the outcome of my service was passable at best- but only $20. They knocked off $5 for the wait apparently since all the signs said $25. In short, I'd probably come back again but I'd leave if there was a visible line. And I'd rather go to a salon that offers paraffin wax/dip. Read Less

Rude and unprofessional I realized while I was there that I would never return again, instead of creating a hostile environment when I noticed my nails were sloppy and half painted the fan from the nail dryer wrinkled the Polish!! Went to Kims Nails for a Pedicure. Near Western & Mayflower. Gift from a close person. The new location is very nice, very clean, and happy there was not a wait. Facebook reviews are high on a score basis. Love those massage chairs! Would enjoy more warmth from staff. Maybe the rest of you can clue me in. stopped by here on Friday night for a quick mani pedi while my fiancée napped at our hotel. The salon is totally sufficient and average - I would definitely come again if I couldn't find another spot- but it wasn't fantastic. The mani pedi took over 90 minutes and the end result was just ok. I had a lot of polish on my skin so it looked less than perfect, and two days later my fingers are already chipping. The price isn't bad ($35/both) and they did a great leg massage. She definitely used a cheese grater (!?!) on my feet which was a first! The ladies were very friendly - the other clients were mostly young girls getting acrylic sets, so they weren't super chatty. They have a tv and plenty of magazines and the place is very clean, so overall good! Read Less
