Had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE coming here yesterday. I had came here a few months back and had a wonderful nail tech do my nails. Recently I attempted 5 times to get my nails done and I'm assuming it's the owner who sits there early mornings would always say it was a 2 hour wait or say she had nothing available so I'd leave. Finally 6th yesterday I was able to get in, I was hoping to get the nail tech from before but ended up stuck with who I think is the owner. I showed a picture of what I wanted it was simple polish, she told me to get the colors and I did. I then found a find a fuller bottle of the color I wanted and she flipped out and left, slamming polishes, doors etc she gave me the worst attitude for asking if she could please add more acrylic because the nail tips where bending to the touch and she again gave me a bad attitude walked off for 15 min. and went to speak illy of me to her child. Upon sitting to get nails dried one of the nails polish was messed up and I said politely that I was so sorry but I accidentally bumped the nail, she then rolled her eyes told me to go sit under the dryer mocking me. She then came back with her attitude and started pulled my hand rudely and began wiping all the polish of my nails and kept saying "oh what this one too huh? this one too?" when I only needed the one. Needless to say I stayed calm and collective and the experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST! Nails came out horribly still payed and the daughter rolled her eyes and gave us attitude as well all while I stayed polite even while crying. I do not recommend this place at all!

I think there's more than one okay Nails in South Bend I go to the one at the south side of town by the Erskine Village Krogers I love it here they do Great Nails great pedicures and they're really good at doing my eyebrows which it's not easy I get strange eyebrows they're very kind and courteous and great on their prices

I was in today to get a fill to fix a bad job from another place. The owner was very sweet, gentle, and extremely fast! My nails look perfect! Will definitely be going back!

Horrible experience. The owner didn't have time to do my eyebrows and so another lady mutilated them. I asked to have them fixed they blamed me! The owner was very unprofessional. Couldn't get credit card machine to work they didn't have access to the cash. Not to mention I had to pay to have them butcher me. It was clearly to implied it was my fault and they to busy to care . Avoid this place.

I absolutely love this place. I strongly recommend going here. The ladies that did my nails were very gentle and didn’t seem like they were rushing. They were also very kind.

I'm a regular customer and my nails always look stunning! Even with working with horses on a daily basis the chellac still lasts almost 2 weeks!!

BEWARE - THIS BUSINESS IS NO LONGER CK NAILS (C as in ABC), it is OK Nails! O as in LMNOP. Same address, same phone number. Same sign (except the C is now an O). They knew I had a gift certificate from CK Nails and did not tell me until halfway through my pedicure that they would not honor the it. My friend bought it when it was CK Nails. Which was good for 6 months. They should have told me BEFORE I started my pedicure! They should have put a sign up in the window announcing this. They lost any future business I would have given them!

Me and my sister went there and got our nails done. 3 days later we had to go and get five nails between us two replaced. After they replaced them, a few days later one of mine got ripped off by blanket all the way to nail bed and one of hers snapped. We called to get them replaced free and they tired charging us ten bucks! This place is unprofessional and don't know anything bout nails. Save ur money and go somewhere worth it.

Went back the next day, and she was pissed. Not my fault you didn't allow me to dry my nails. Pricing is horrible too. You are better off going elsewhere

Clean, bright, relaxing atmosphere to have pampering on hands, feet, eyebrows. Sit in comfy massage chairs while having pedicures. Not sure of spelling, but "Trea" is very kind, gentle and talented in both mani and pedi. Her mother also works there and gives amazing foot/hand massages! They take excellent care of customers. I have never used these, but offer kids services, parties for brides or kids, and men's mani/pedi's too. Has restroom, handicap accessible entrance and facility is open enough to maneuver a wheelchair. Parking is in lot of Broadmor Plaza. Appointments are accepted, but they always take walk-ins too. Costs are affordable, about average for area, but skills are top-notch.

I have been going here since they open their doors only had one bad experience but it was fixed! This is the only place that I've gone since they opened my parents even got me a can certificate to get a pedicure done for my birthday I'm there just about every two weeks for a fill on my fingernails the staff is very friendly and helpful I have also gotten my eyebrows wax there

Had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE coming here yesterday. I had came here a few months back and had a wonderful nail tech do my nails. Recently I attempted 5 times to get my nails done and I'm assuming it's the owner who sits there early mornings would always say it was a 2 hour wait or say she had nothing available so I'd leave.
