My mother and I have been going to this salon for years, ever since I had my wedding party's manicures and pedicures done here. We always used to go to another salon but, they sold us with their great quality product. Every time we would come here it is always busy, which shows that they do a great job, but sometimes you have to wait a bit. I am now 5 months pregnant and try to get in for an early appointment, but it is always booked till late when I would call. I have to say the service from the staff has almost always been pleasant, but I do not know why their front desk staff is always in such a grumpy mood. She has never smiled or been pleasant and always makes it seem like you are burden for her to deal with. Last time I called to schedule an appointment the front desk staff was not pleasant over the phone and I always greet people in a genuine happy way, because life is too short to be grumpy all of the time, but she didn't respond and was very inattentive. When I said that I would like to schedule two manicure appointments she left me on the phone to wait while she talked to someone else regarding an appointment. I tried to be patient and wait, but it was getting ridiculous. I am sorry, if you are in the service industry, when you answer a phone call from a potential client you need to make them your priority until you end the phone call, otherwise that is how you begin to lose loyal clients and potential future clients. I waited and waited while they talked and I finally just decided to hang up, because I found it incredibly rude and unprofessional. The owner of this spa does such an amazing job at getting to know his clients, but he needs to be aware that the front desk staff is your first impression for new clients. If your front desk staff has a person that is unapproachable, grumpy in demeanor, unprofessional and not attentive to clients you are going to lose loyal clients and new ones as well. Read Less
