The male nail technician cut my natural nails off after I asked him not to and he said he understood I wanted to keep them. After explaining to him that the fill he was doing was not even covering my nails, he continued to keep doing what he was doing after numerous attempts to make him understand he was not doing right. He then cut three of my fingers while poorly shaping my nails. This was the worst nail salon I have been to and that man has no business being a nail tech. Read Less
