I absolutely love Rose Nails I've been many places but never been as happy with Danny he always he something new for me to try knowing I love to be different, I asked for matellic and he didn't have the right stuff but when I came back he had it for me and that really showed me he not only loves his business but his customers and his work shows that I always get my customers asking who does my nails. I've only been once and had no wait but it was during the day on a weekday. The husband that works there did my nails and he did a really good job. The nails haven't fallen off or anything like that and I've had them for about 2 months now with only 1 fill in. I'm pretty hard on my nails too! Dan and Nancy are great at what they do. My nails always look amazing, and they are so friendly. Dan always is giggling and enjoying talking with his clients. I have never been so disappointed by a salon.  If there were a Zero rating, I would give it.  I made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 6:00, and we arrived 5 minutes early.  They seated us in our chairs then left to take care of the walk ins.  We waited 35 minutes for someone to return and start doing my daughters pedicure, but noone ever showed up to do mine.  So after an hour and 20 minutes, her feet are finally done but they are closing and all I got was a foot bath because they didn't do mine.  However, they did finish up with all of the walk-in clients.  So much for making an appointment.  I am so frustrated. Love this place!! They do only have 2 people on staff, a husband and wife, so I recommend an appointment or going weekdays in the afternoon but I am always satisfied with my sets, fills, color and pedis. I'm writing cause when I went in a couple weeks ago I wanted a design I saw on Facebook, of course, lol. He totally nailed it, PUN intended haha. I've posted the pic, it's the Santa hat design. He is always chatty and very funny! Go here, you won't regret it! One reviewer said the pedi water was too cold, hello! Ask them to make it hotter, I do and guess what, they drain the pedi chair and make the water hotter, imagine that! You get what you ask for. Read Less
