I always ask for Allen or Jenny! My usual services are either a pedicure and/or a gel manicure. Pedicures($30) last several months and the gel manicure($30) last 2-3 weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Richmond to get these services done! Read Less

Went through get my nails done and the lady at station number four messed them up. They were coming up on the top and under my nails after only having them a few days. I then went in yesterday she wasn't there so I was told to come back tomorrow morning and she will have to fix them for free. When it came time for her to fix them she was irritated by it and tried not to show it but she did. She was very careless when redoing me nail as well as doing them the first time seeing as I had to come back. She wasn't looking at my nails when doing them. She was talking to other customers and being snappy with me when talking to me. She also talked about me to another coworker.When filing my nails she wasn't looking someOf the time and when I pointed out they were very crooked and not even she was upset and said I'm not done and then made a joke out of it and said I'm not done girlfriend. None of this situation was funny. I tipped her $5 for redoing my nailsFor me because I felt bad not paying for it even though it was her fault they were like that. When I have her the money she gave me a dirty look and said mhhhm. I wanted to take my money back but I just let it go. Also when I was explaining to her what was wrong she tried blaming it on me instead of taking ownership to her mistakes. Don't ever suggest to go to worker 4. I will be going back and going to #6 I have heard she is good my mother goes to her every time she goes in there. You shouldn't be made to feel bad because someone else made a mistake because they are more worried about the money they are going to make rather than her clients nail. I decided to stop in for a pedicure during my lunch hour recently.  Red Nails moved to a new location about a month ago next to Sub and Roll.  I've never been to the old location, but the new location is bright a clean.  There were a few people in the salon, but I was able to get in without an appointment.  If you want a specific person, you should probably call ahead.  The pedicure station was clean and I saw them spray down the foot bath.  All of the nail stylists wore gloves, as well.Pedicure was $30 and they only take cash or check.  Cheaper than the local salons and cleaner than the other places I've visited in town.
