Super disappointed. I paid $30 for a gel manicure that looked absolutely nothing like the color I picked. Truthfully, a small child could have probably done a better job. After a long week at work and prior to vacations ... a co-worker and I decided to get pedicures. NEVER again will I be back. It was the worst experience and service EVER given. A deluxe pedicure is no different than a normal plain pedicure elsewhere. The normal pedicure .... ha forget that.... you don't even get to soak your feet. My daughter in law, her mother and I had pedicures yesterday. Very busy time, waited almost an hour. Some were taken before others not in correct order. They speak their language and talk to each other more than customers. A bottle of polish fell off, broke and employees were not happy over it. I'm not sure who they expected to clean it up. Will never visit again. My fingernails are all shaped differently. Asked for coffin shaped. Some are coffin, some are oval and pointed. The tech never asked which kind of pedicure I preferred and just assumed I wanted the most expensive one. Then to top it off her child kept climbing all over her while she was trying to paint my toes. He was grabbing scissors and screaming. Least relaxing pedicure ever. Sat there waiting for 45 minutes and still no one could wait on me. Had a good few good experiences in here but they seem to have enough business now that they don't care to have me as a customer. There were only a couple customers in there. Before when I was there the place was full and they at least started my pedicure water so my feet could soak. They all sat there today talking and did not seem worried a bit that I had sat there that long.. I finally got up and left.. out of 6 chairs I was the only one in pedicure chair so I don't understand why I was waiting. Think I'll try somewhere else. Read Less

Took my 11 year old to get her nails done last minute they got her right in and done exactly what she wanted colors and all! She was not rough with her and was very thorough with her.. Definitely will do business again. Read Less

Some of the workers were extremely rude, nudging me and grunting a "move" anytime they wanted me to switch chairs. Also, my acrylics were finished with only a partial paint job on each nail, they were very poorly shaped and filed, and they were way thicker than they needed to be. Not to mention, the worker was so rough on my fingers, he made three of them bleed. Would not recommend. Read Less

Went and the lady was not friendly. Went for a full set and she painted them with gel polish without telling me so they were more expensive. Then she kept asking me if I wanted a design and I had already told her no. The man doing my nails made me bleed a couple times and my nails are very sore now. I was not impressed and will be going back to evansville from now on! Read Less
