Ive been coming here for years and though tony and Tina are great people, you better make this an All day affair because you'll wait for 3 hours to be seen and another 2 for whatever you need done. Theyll take appointments only to completely blow it off and they dont care , youll just have to wait. If youre lucky enough to get in -they do a great job. They woukd get 10 stars for the quality but zero for good time managements

The very worst pedi I've ever gotten. I can say that since I worked in a salon for 20+ years. At the very beginning I told the tech not to cut away the lateral nail edge and not to file the nail surface. He did both. Aggressively. These practices promote ingrown nails and cause ridging of the nail. They do this rather than taking the time to appropriately shape and clean the nail. Normally I have zero complaints with language barriers but this miscommunication because his extent of the English language consisted of "ok" and $25". Do not say "ok ok ok" when you can't understand what someone is saying to you. Never again.

i dont write reviews.But my last trip to this nail shop really did it for me.I called a day b4 and spoke to tina scheduled a 10 am appt for my daughter and i for the next day and wen i showed up i was greeted.But tina was doing a pedicure and her husband tony asked how could he help me.I said i have a 10am appt with tina for my daughter and i.She looked clueless.I was upset.I waited 10 mins b4 being seen i got upset and said someone else can do my nails and my daughter.To make my situation short.Is she didnt apologize for any invoience.I left very unhappy.I will not be back at this shop ever agian..Tina and tony im sure u are good people but bad buisness owners.If i could i wouldnt even give one star

Been going here for a long time. Until i realized they were using cheap stuff. And skipping steps on the Gel Nails. That's why my nails didn't last long and the polish came off easily. Tony and his wife r very rude when you are not happy with there cheap service. Pedicures were done quick and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place unless you like cheap, generic products.

Ive been coming here for years and though tony and Tina are great people, you better make this an All day affair because you'll wait for 3 hours to be seen and another 2 for whatever you need done. Theyll take appointments only to completely blow it off and they dont care , youll just have to wait. If youre lucky enough to get in -they do a great job. The very worst pedi I've ever gotten. I can say that since I worked in a salon for 20+ years. At the very beginning I told the tech not to cut away the lateral nail edge and not to file the nail surface. He did both. Aggressively. These practices promote ingrown nails and cause ridging of the nail. They do this rather than taking the time to appropriately shape and clean the nail. Normally I have zero complaints with language barriers but this miscommunication because his extent of the English language consisted of "ok" and $25". Do not say "ok ok ok" when you can't understand what someone is saying to you. Never again.

Been going here for a long time. Until i realized they were using cheap stuff. And skipping steps on the Gel Nails. That's why my nails didn't last long and the polish came off easily. Tony and his wife r very rude when you are not happy with there cheap service. Pedicures were done quick and unprofessional. I don't recommend this place unless you like cheap, generic products.
