I went in there for a pedicure and a full set, and the pedicure was great. But when the lady who does the finger nails I feel rushed through mine. I got my nails done 3 days ago and the nail polish is wearing off already. Also my mother was with me who got a pedicure the ones daughter had free roam of the place. When we first walked and chose odd colors and sat down waiting their daughter sits on the other couch points at my mother and I and yells no! If that's not enough she grabbed this alcholo squirt bottle while my moms feet were soaking and threatened to squirt my moms face with it. Bad experience over all. Read Less

Awful experience! Over charged me after hearing me state that I was'nt going to tip , because of how I was treated. Said that their system was down, when it came to pay. Took my cash and threw me out. I waited in the snow for my ride for at least 15 minutes. Could' not provide a license to perform treatment. And I asked they hide one of them, when two were working. So, me and my girlfriend went here to enjoy ourselves and felt extremely rushed and not pampered. I would not have paid what I paid again. My poor friend decided to get a manicure and it was $13 and the lady asked her to pay I had a time before her nails are painted so that way she would have a way to get into her wallet without her nails being wet. So naturally, my friend tipped $2 ahead of time. I felt bad. She didn't even get a massage and she was done in 10 mins. All she got were her nails painted. When the same lady painted my toes it was rushed and I'm sure she missed spots. Urgh. The decor on the walls is a joke. "Clouds" that look like a little spidy kid took a bag of flour and smeared it on the walls. Yuck. Read Less

I went in to get the gel polish removed off of my real nails and told him I have been being charged $5 other places, obviously because it is simple but too time consuming at home. He sat me down before even looking at my nails says "um no 10 dolla" very very rudely! I said alright I'm just going somewhere else. Then the other worker snickered in the background. I have been here before and it has been messy and they were kind of rude then, but I figured for just getting nail polish removed it wouldn't be a big deal.
