I heard about this nail shop from an acquaintenace. I had a nail that had broken and  it was time to redo my polish. I called Phil and he set me up with an appointment within an hour. I got a mani/pedi and an overlay on the broken nail. Time was not an issue, because care was taken to make sure the overlay looked natural. Even though they were very busy and short handed, they worked me in and took there time to make sure my nails looked perfect. The shop was very clean. I've held off on writing this review because I wish it could be better! :( Pros-you can make appointments-always nice to support family businesses-great pricesCons-I had gel nails done and two nails chipped and peeled completely off in 2 days. All nails peeled off within a week. I've never had this happen with gel nails before. This is enough for me to not go back however I would bet if I had gone back and asked them to be redone or fixed they would have been happy to do so.-I've been to salons that are cleaner (I personally feel better when the tools they use are in the containers they open fresh for you vs the oven looking sanitation machines that you never really know what's going on cleanliness wise). Highly, highly recommend this place!! Phil and Sally and their daughter are amazing. So friendly and helpful. I have badly chewed nails and need tips just to make my hands look decent. My artist took a long time carefully prepping my nails and she made sure they looked perfect before she finished. I can't imagine going anywhere else after my experience here. Read Less

If you want to have terrible customer service you should go here. Two sundays in a row I had an appointment scheduled which they were closed BOTH times. The first time it was a family emergency and there was a sign in the door so I wasn't too upset but the next time was this past sunday on mothers day... I get it was mothers day but don't set up appointments with people and not have your business open! That is just inconsiderate, rude and down right terrible customer service. Went there for the first time today 12/19 @ 4pm for just gel nail manicure. The techs and the clients were so friendly and funny. Most of the techs called each person that walked in the door by their first name. Very impressive ! The lady that did my nails was quite, but gentle,and very nice. I just got my nails done there for the first time and they were so nice! I had Phil and he did such a great job and he's very personable. I will definitely will be coming back. Made an appointment for two full sets and whomever booked the appointment wrote that we wanted pedicures. Therefore there was confusion from the start. I then requested an American manicure and they glued silver pearlized tips on my finger. Nothing like a true American manicure. Finally, the woman who was doing my nails rushed so much that she left glue on my fingers and jagged acrylic everywhere. They didn't even trim my cuticles or hang nails.
