First off, the girl who did my pedicure was super sweet and easy to talk to! However, my pedicure literally lasted 24 min. From the time I signed the sheet to my nails being painted, including waiting for the tub to fill up. I didn't even know a pedicure could go that fast. I went to this nail salon based on the good reviews and as a result my nails have paid the price and not in a good way. I’ve had a gel manicure a total of three times at this nail salon each by a different person. It is walk in only. Each person used the drill extensively. Now my nails are so incredibly weak that if I continued going, I wouldn’t have any nails left. If you’re in the business of doing nails and you can’t perform a proper gel manicure without the use of a drill due to incompetence or laziness at the expense of the customer...maybe you should be in another line of work. Awesome, friendly, meticulous nail techs. I drive  nearly 20 minutes from fishers because this is the best shop in town, and I've been to many. One of my best friends is a nail tech and this place is the only one I've found that compares! No appt needed, every color option under the rainbow, extremely helpful staff. Satisfaction guaranteed! I stumbled across this place by luck when I was waiting for my dog to be finished at petsmart vet nearby. Everyone is friendly and their prices are competitive. They do not rush through services like most nail salons, and gel nails last 2 weeks without peeling or chipping. I am a business owner myself, and have worked in top area spas in the past. I have tried all of the nail places and nobody else compares. I get no-chip polish on my natural nails and it stays on forever. I have to come in and get it taken off because it doesn't peel, chip  or any of that. I have never had that before. The gel polish always peeled when other places did it. They are also crazy thorough with pedicures and do a really good job. If they are busy and you ask what the wait is, they tell the truth. They don't say 10 mins if it's not 10 mins. Sometimes it's an hour and they say that. I have lived in NYC, Chicago, Philly and now Noblesville and I mean it when I say they are the best nail salon I have ever been to. Every single employee is good so you are always in good hands. If you want a rush job that looks crappy - go down the street to iNails. Very happy with the service and overall atmosphere! Got "powder" nails my first time there, after having had pink and white solar nails for years. The powder nails did not stay on me very well at all. ☹️. Had to have them removed and had to purchase a new set just three weeks after having received them. After having a horrible experience two weeks ago at a different salon, I came to Perfect Nails to fix my messed up acrylics. After talking with the technicians, they gave me exactly what I asked for, and even adjusted my nail shape as we went. The man who did my nails was super friendly, and genuinely cared about how I wanted my nails. Everyone was friendly and easy to understand, so conversations were great. I usually don't write bad reviews, but my experience I had yesterday was still upsetting for me today, so I want people who get powder nails to be aware.I went to perfect nails because they had great reviews on yelp and I was new to the area. I have been getting powder nails for a little over 2 years. My nail lady where I used to go (out of state) would always soak my powder nails off because the whole point of powder nails is that they are better/healthier for your nails. I went in yesterday to perfect nails and I had to wait 30 minutes which was not a big deal to me but I was very nervous because I have had the same lady do my nails for over 2 years. So someone I don't know doing my nails is scary for me. The lady called my name and I sat down and she started drilling at my nails. I am starting to panic by this point and I thought she would rough them up and soak it off. She did no such thing. She did cut me on one of my fingers which I understand does happen but she never apologized and I was bleeding. She kept going till there was minimal color left. I had one crack (which usually happens after a couple weeks for me) and she took a nail tip and broke it off, which you shouldn't do because that thins your nails. She then proceeds to cover the other color with my new color. I was so petrified of how she was doing them that I almost had her stop and walk out. But I didn't because by this point why....by the time she was done she barely spoke to me and you could see it on my face that I was panicking and this wasn't relaxing for me at all. I proceeded to get a pedicure hoping this would go okay. The girl that did my hands disappears and I waited for another girl to do my feet. She was nice and apologized for the wait which I thought was nice. As she was doing my feet she was talking about school and how gross it was that some people didn't wear gloves when they did pedicures and how gross feet are. Ummmm you are doing my feet? So I immediately became very self conscious about my feet. Overall I had a very stressful and non relaxing experience. I really felt like I was in a factory. Professional, friendly, so sanitary. Foot basins for pedicure is covered with a new plastic liner for each client. They don't reuse any files or buffers. (Which we know is a health regulation. Second time here for pedicure and they have earned my return business forever. The guys and gals that run this facility are friendly and welcoming. It's a super clean and organized shop. Doesn't have any of that 'nail salon' smell lingering. They engage you in conversation but don't force it. They create an environment to chat with everyone around. Free wifi!! And really reasonable prices!!! I waked in today and they were super busy, they got me right into a chair to be able to relax while I waited. Which ended up being a super short wait. I went to Perfect Nails after reading all the 5 star reviews hoping they could help with the bad pedicure I had received at another salon. The lady was very patient and took care of all the mistakes.Friends was on tv and it was the episode where Ugly Naked Guy was moving out so that was a real plus. Probably one of the top ten episodes for that show. I mean come on, Phoebe tries to seduce Chandler after seeing him have sex with Monica, Ross gets naked with Ugly Naked Guy and eats mini muffins and then, after getting the apartment, he sees his sister bumping uglies with Chandler. Incredible episode with cliffhangers at every turn. What isn't a cliffhanger is the service you'll get at Perfect Nails. It was an exceptionally clean place with superb service. Everyone was friendly. Furthermore, the product itself isn't acrylic so it's much gentler on the nail. I really wanted to like this place. It's clean, the staff is courteous, and well spoken. Tonight was my second visit and what normally is a little over an hour visit took over two. My first visit two weeks ago I received a gel manicure and it started chipping within days. I was traveling for work before we left for our honeymoon so I didn't have time to get them fixed. Then the polish started lifting and peeling off in whole pieces. I decided to give them another chance. My pedicure is sloppy and the tech barely worked on my feet. When he started on my nails there was polish left on one nail and he went to file it off with the grinder and held it down so hard it burned my finger. After the second coat and setting one of the owners saw what he was doing and took over. At that point we the new tech took off they polish that had just been put on and started over. It looks much better - but it is still sloppy around nail.Such a frustrating visit for a time that should be relaxing. Read Less

Finally, a nail salon 5 star winner!Overall, I would say the nail salons in Indiana are plentiful. I have had some horrible experiences, mostly the "I will have to call this good enough" experiences, and maybe like two 3.5-4 star finds. Leaving nail salons I often would be saying to myself things such as, "Good enough.  I guess it's okay. I'll deal with it for two weeks... or, It sucks & I can't wait for two weeks to come."This is a huge deal for me to compliment a nail salon here with 5 stars. I went in to have a nail I broke fixed. I was the only one waiting, so next in line for first available tech. I am so used to average or below average nail salon satisfaction I am often quick to leave a wait. I am very happy I waited my turn here. It was worth it!Price: 5/5The cost for the services posted on the wall for the Indy/Noblesville target market seemed correct and fair to me. Quality: 5/5The product they use here beyond nail polish was a powder called, "Healthy Nails." This was a powder dip and is supposedly branded healthier for your nails. It is also marketed as odor free and long lasting. It certainly was odor free. The clarity is nice. The lasting part I believe but I just have my one nail done as a repair and it was yesterday. Service: 5/5The staff were all kind and helpful. They spoke with respect & asked the usual of where I got my nails done before. They explained to me the product they use and how it is different and better and healthier for my nails even.  He was gentle with a painful nail break (don't laugh boys when we break a nail, it hurts!). He asked me how I found them and chose them. I said, I looked in current location for a nail salon nearby and checked online reviews to choose. I never said my online browser was yelp... He goes, oh yes. We only have two reviews right now... WINNER! The salon has two reviews, ON YELP! So, they are down with Yelp. To someone who enjoys yelp, that was a plus. They didn't fear a review. They provided good service and wished more people would review it! I felt that added some cool points to the conversation as he worked on my nail. When I was done drying I went to the bathroom before a long drive home. My nail wasn't fully dry apparently so I smudged it (my fault) buttoning my jeans. The girl that was there without a client was happy to paint a French tip back for me so my repaired nail wasn't a hot mess just after fixing it. She was not mad at all. She painted it right back for me and sat me under the dryer again. I am so delighted they were nice! They don't rush and provide great stuff! Ambiance: 5/5This is in Noblesville, and I felt the salon was very clean, organized, and lovely for the market they are serving in. It was a great nail salon interior to me. They are asking.  They are checking their own reviews. I worked in this market. The area of Noblesville, Carmel, and Fishers in Indiana are very nice location. The people have money to pay for services and do enjoy a spa like treatment and great appearance and health. This nail salon is more than pleasant, they are skillful and smart! Nail salons have tough competition. I know this market area is a tough one to please in and they are amazing for what the area needs, and anyone from outside will come in and be blown away by the gold standard that will be hard to match.  I would recommend this nail salon and say to check them out! A five star nail salon, even from the generous, is not something I have been able to do until now. I absolutely liked this place and would recommend to others. Following up with other nail salons now will continually be hard to do. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. Great place! very patient manicurists. I took my 88 and 89 year old in-laws for a pedicure and the atmosphere was fun and they were very gentle. I highly recommend Perfect Nails.
