Staff is always super friendly! Katie is awesome at everything she does. Very nice relaxing atmosphere. My favorite nail spot in Hamilton County by far.

I love this place. They are very friendly and Katie does a great job on my nails. They are all very nice. Sometimes they do run behind but I just try to plan for that, it is supposed to be relaxing...
I love this place. They are very friendly and Katie does a great job on my nails. They are all very nice. Sometimes they do run behind but I just try to plan for that, it is supposed to be relaxing when getting pedicure and manicures so I try to just relax longer if they run behind a little. I would wait for them because I trust they will always do a good job.

My first time going was not please at all. The man doing my nails watched doctor Phil almost the whole time he was working on me and would turn back every once in a while. I asked for square and he gave me an awful shape and to top it all off I paid for a gel manicure and most already are peeling off. I got them a few hours ago and have done next to nothing with my hands.

I went in because I had ingrown toenails, Helen did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend this place.

Barely greeted me when I walked in the door. Said "write down name". Gentleman came up and asked what I needed, which was a fill. But I was also wanting something more than just polish. Such as a design or crystals; to which he said they did not offer. So, if you're looking for something a little extra, more than just a basic polish, do not recommend.

First time to come to this business. There were 6 employees when I was there. Did not have to wait very long to get in, which was nice. They were all friendly, but I found it VERY RUDE that the employees were only talking among themselves in a different language. This was constant. They never even tried to talk in English with the customers. There were 6 clients, and they were like that with everyone. Don't think Ill be back, very impersonal.

Stopped in for a pedicure and they did a great job. My feet were pretty jacked up and they got them looking better. Massage chair was great and the calf and ankle massage about put me to sleep.

I have been going to L'Amour for a long time an enjoy knowing all the people there.Nice, clean atmosphere and excellent work on my nails. My hands and feet have never looked better! I have never had to wait very long at all and have always had good, friendly service.

Love this place! I go for a pedi every 2-3 weeks and always have a great experience. The only negative is that they arent open on Sundays anymore.

I go without shoes most of the time so my feet get very dry and my heals get dry and cracked. I only get a pedicure every couple of months but I expect for my feet to be smooth and moisturized when I get out. I didn't have the time to drive all the way across town to my usual nail place so I thought I would try this place. I regret that now. When I was done my feet felt exactly like they did when I went in. The people were very nice and the salon was nice but the work was very disappointing. Not worth it.

I would describe this as a "stereotypical" nail salon. No much coherent English is spoken by anyone who works here. One of the employees kids that runs around the place serves as a translator, its just as annoying as it sounds. I only came here because my regular nail salon is closed on Sundays, but I will never go back. I had a lengthy debate with the guy who did my acrylics about how a couple were uneven and one was severely lopsided. He didn't understand me and did little to improve the problem. Needless to say, I ended up at my regular salon the very next day and said "I'm sorry, I cheated on you ladies, please fix me" and even she was fairly shocked at how rough of a job they had done. No thank you!

They were all friendly, but I found it VERY RUDE that the employees were only talking among themselves in a different language. This was constant. I go without shoes most of the time so my feet get very dry and my heals get dry and cracked. I only get a pedicure every couple of months but I expect for my feet to be smooth and moisturized when I get out. I didn't have the time to drive all the way across town to my usual nail place so I thought I would try this place. I regret that now. When I was done my feet felt exactly like they did when I went in. The people were very nice and the salon was nice but the work was very disappointing. Not worth it.

One of the employees kids that runs around the place serves as a translator, its just as annoying as it sounds. I only came here because my regular nail salon is closed on Sundays, but I will never go back. I had a lengthy debate with the guy who did my acrylics about how a couple were uneven and one was severely lopsided. He didn't understand me and did little to improve the problem.
