It’s very disconcerting to be talked about in Vietnamese right in front of your face. “T” is so rude an dismissive I cannot stand to have to communicate with her. The decor is terrible. Not at all an experience I would recommend in the future!

I went with a friend for pedicure for two. We both are new neighbors who just moved in. It was our 1st time here. We were looking for a place close to home. They do allow you to tip on the debit receipt as others want 'cash only' tip. They don't treat your heals here, just lotion. They only have pink paints, few reds & no purples. Paints look very dated and dried. My friend asked to dry beneath a fan and they said, 'no, you are already seated here', indicating the pedicure soak chair?? The price was competitive. They gave us good advice for Vietnamese lunch. However, the side of my toe is so sore from the treatment. I haven't had this before. I can't imagine I will return. There's too many other more comfortable options in the area. Take your own paints if you visit here.

Went for the first time the other day bc my sister said they do a good job but she warned me that they're really rude...So we took the chance of going and paid for it! I waited over an hour for them to start on me. They totally ignored me until I said something. Then the lady was in such a rush to get done with me I had to show her that every nail was a different length. Then she got mad at me for correcting her. She was horrible at shaping and filing. I got overcharged after waiting an hour to get started. 2 days later one of my nails broke!!! I'll be going back today to get it fixed and I'm only going there bc of the color. I will NEVER go back to them again!!!!

I got a fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had in 15 years of getting pedicures. The fill in was equally as horrible. The manicurist, "T", is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. One day after getting the fill in two of the nails were not filled completely so the nail polish cracked on the line of acrylic and real nail. I went back, one day after getting the fill l, to ask her to fix it. She became incredibly defensive. Said she did nothing wrong that it was the polish. Weird my other 8 nails were fine and they had the same polish. T literally yelled at me in front of 6 other customers. Then T and her husband started talking in Vietnamese, likely about me. So incredibly rude. She removed the polish. Buffed it some and then re polished the poorly filled in nails!!!! Horrible work and horrible customer service.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend to get fills and a manicures. They were very nice and greeted us both. I forgot to get the Lady's name who did my nails, but she did an amazing job. She was very patient and took her time on every single nail. She even fixed up a few mistakes that another nail salon across town made. Thank you so much! My nail feel and look a lot better!

I had been trying out some different nail salons in search of the perfect one and I am done searching. I went to Perfect Nails today and got a full set with gel polish and a matte top coat. I am so so so impressed. First of all, they don't use a regular power for acrylic. They use a healthy light weight, odorless powder that is 100x better then the normal acrylic. When you walk in it smells really nice and not like chemicals. They also have a beautiful little place for "princess pedicures" which are little pedi chairs for children! They have a great color selection of both gel and normal polishes. It's very easy to communicate with all of the employees as they speak perfect English. It was clean and a friendly environment. I am so pleased and will be returning back with my mother (:

I waited longer to receive my pedi than it took to do my pedi! The owner literally took 20 min from start to finish! What a joke. First and last time I will be here!

Went for the first time the other day bc my sister said they do a good job but she warned me that they're really rude...So we took the chance of going and paid for it! I waited over an hour for them to start on me. They totally ignored me until I said something. I got a fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had in 15 years of getting pedicures. The fill in was equally as horrible. The manicurist, "T", is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. One day after getting the fill in two of the nails were not filled completely so the nail polish cracked on the line of acrylic and real nail. I went back, one day after getting the fill l, to ask her to fix it. She became incredibly defensive. Said she did nothing wrong that it was the polish. Weird my other 8 nails were fine and they had the same polish. T literally yelled at me in front of 6 other customers. Then T and her husband started talking in Vietnamese, likely about me. So incredibly rude. She removed the polish. Buffed it some and then re polished the poorly filled in nails!!!! Horrible work and horrible customer service.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend to get fills and a manicures. They were very nice and greeted us both. I forgot to get the Lady's name who did my nails, but she did an amazing job. She was very patient and took her time on every single nail. She even fixed up a few mistakes that another nail salon across town made. Thank you so much! My nail feel and look a lot better!
