I showed up for my appointment at inails located at 15887 Cumberland Rd, Noblesville, IN, and had the misfortune of having to encounter Tiffany's rude, obnoxious behavior. Tiffany have very poor customer service skills and zero manners. My nail tech wasn't there when I arrived, I told Tiffany that I had scheduled an appointment the day before. She rudely said to me, “He is not here." While I'm trying to find out from her what happened, she snapped at me saying "He's not going to be here, then walked away mumbling in her native language. I will miss my nail tech, but I will NOT tolerate anymore of Tiffany's nasty, rude, unprofessional behavior.

I got a gel manicure, no acrylics, and it was $28 before tip. So expensive! The person who did my nails was very slow. And my nails bend now; they aren't strong like they were from the last place I went to. And they don't even look great. It looks like they are already growing out and it's only been a couple of hours.

I have reviewed this place before with 5 stars. However, after this visit I will never be back.
The tech was much too busy talking to a man that came in looking for a job. The entire visit she never spoke to me while they held an hour conversation in their language. I had an appointment so it's not like I came in at an inconvenient time. Unacceptable and unprofessional!

Stopped by to get an eyebrow wax, the lady did excellent. So I check prices for nails and decided to get gel polish mani. It was spot on perfect! I will definitely be back.

I went here for the first time the other day and my only regret is that I didn’t try iNails sooner! When I go to a nail salon, I look for great technique and wonderful customer service. This nail salon has BOTH, not to mention it is very clean and cozy. I love the relaxing music- such a great choice. I talked to Tiffany & Kevin a little bit and they are the kindest people you will meet. I will definitely be back!

I live right around the corner. They are all so nice and do an amazing job! (I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails) Gel nails typically last me 3-4 weeks while still looking perfect! All of the nail tech's are very friendly! I will come back to iNails even when I move next month!

My daughter went here and asked for coffin nails. She came home with diamond ish looking nails. I called complained he said they would fix them. She went back then he shaved the sides and tips but ...
My daughter went here and asked for coffin nails. She came home with diamond ish looking nails. I called complained he said they would fix them. She went back then he shaved the sides and tips but did not repaint them. She still was unhappy. Now the sides are white the tips are white and much shorter. $33.00 wasted.

Location is convenient and nice and clean and well decorated inside. When I walked in however I did not feel welcome as the man at counter didn't even acknowledge me... but I signed and waited. When ...
Location is convenient and nice and clean and well decorated inside. When I walked in however I did not feel welcome as the man at counter didn't even acknowledge me... but I signed and waited. When it was my turn the nail tech tried to over step me going to the next customers and it took longer then it should've to get her to understand I was next. Fast forward to me completing my service though the polish numbers lead you to believe polish for toes and gel matches they do not and are not even close. I'm super dissatisfied with overall experience and will not be back!

I was in today, I got a fill with gel polish . When he shortened my length they are now uneven . My thumb nail is thinner on one corner so it's a matter of time before it breaks and when I pointed it out he just made that nail shorter. I would not recommend this salon.

Do Not Go Here! I took my kids (11) and (15) to get pedicures for the end of the school year celebration! They told me that they would be kid manicures no more than $20 a piece. When I finished, they charged me 25 . When I told them about the kid priced, they said they threw in extra for lotion and sugar scrub .. what? I never even asked for that. The work was also shoddy. I should have listened to the reviews. I will never go here again and spend my hard earned money. The prices are expensive for Shoddy work. Way better places in Fishers and Pendleton Pike. Don't bother!

I showed up for my appointment at inails located at 15887 Cumberland Rd, Noblesville, IN, and had the misfortune of having to encounter Tiffany's rude, obnoxious behavior. Tiffany have very poor customer service skills and zero manners. My nail tech wasn't there when I arrived, I told Tiffany that I had scheduled an appointment the day before. The tech was much too busy talking to a man that came in looking for a job. The entire visit she never spoke to me while they held an hour conversation in their language. I had an appointment so it's not like I came in at an inconvenient time. Unacceptable and unprofessional!
